Family went there for the extra 75% off boots today, was told only 25% off. After confirming with the cashier a few times, informing her that we purchased similar boots at the Manhasset location with the 75% off but she doesn't seem to care. We had to leave the few boots we found with the cashier. After contacting the customer service with Nordstrom directly confirming the sales and returning to ask to speak to the manager, later she confirmed that the boots are 75% off, but they already put everything back to the floor which we can't no longer find. And told us to go back to the end of the 30 minutes waiting line again if we did find the boots we wanted to purchase. After spending 2-3 hrs, not to mention the 30 mins drive, parking and etc, we did not purchase anything. It was a complete waste of our time and extremely horrible experience. We brought similar boots with the 75% off at Manhasset and Queens location with no issues. When the cashier ringed up the price, it automatically ring up the amount with the 75 percent off at the other 2 locations. But for this location, the price doesn't match the tag and the cashier has to manually pick to give you what discount they thought is appropriate. It just seems disorganized and inefficient compare to the other stores. Will not visit this...
