I came to this store today around 7pm 08/08 I wanted to use my student discount for a north face jacket my parents ordered for me when they called customer service they explained that were able to return the jacket we ordered for purchase it again with my student discount and receive the difference the two girls than were working that shift proceeded to tell me that there was no possible way to relieve a student discount the most they could do was 10% online it clearly states the students and teachers discount was 20 I then questioned because I saw the bar code behind the register which states students and teachers 20% they then stated it was only the backpacks it’s just crazy how two employees can get away with lying this truly really gives a bad taste to my mouth every time I think about the north face store at...

Extremely bad work morals for the employees at This location. The Cashier who says she is also the store manager easily rung up 6 individuals in front of me using stolen CC numbers. As the individuals were waiting on line they were literally grabbing all the clothes on adjacent racks to the cashier line without looking at prices and sizes. Stacks and stacks of clothing. And when ready to pay. One card would decline, they use another CC number, until they used a CC that’s worked. They actually pulled out a piece of paper with numerous accounts in front of the cashier and just reading off numbers until one Credit card (CC) processed the pyement. Cashier didn’t blink an eye or question or call anybody to see if fraud...

Where do I start? I love wearing The North Face, and this was my first time visiting the Long Island location. I was greeted by a blonde, frail lady talk about discomfort. She made me feel so uneasy; she was overly pushy and adamant about making a sale. You could tell she had no hospitality experience. As I continued looking around, a boy named Daniel helped me. He showed much better customer service than the blonde lady, he was relaxed and understanding about what I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that...
