I had a very upsetting experience while visiting the Tory Burch store at Roosevelt Field Mall with my sisters and young niece. As we were walking through the store, my niece accidentally brushed against one of the hanging banners. Almost instantly, an associate rushed from the back of the storeānot out of concern for my niece, but to check on the banner. For a moment, we assumed she was coming to see if the child was okay. Instead, she was dramatically focused on the banner, even exclaiming, āOh no, donāt touch it!ā
I calmly and sarcastically responded, āYou should worry more about the child than the banner.ā It was disheartening to see that the wellbeing of a small child was clearly not a priority.
The overall atmosphere in the store was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The two associates on duty, along with the manager, gave off a cold and dismissive vibe. The lack of empathy and basic courtesy was shocking, especially in a store that claims to offer a luxury experience.
Tory Burch should take this as a wake-up call. Customer service is about more than protecting merchandiseāitās about treating people with respect and kindness. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to...

I went to purchase a pair of flip-flops yesterday around the afternoon. The store was not crowded. I spoke to a female sales associate regarding a pair of sandals, they were not available in the store. She offered to have them shipped to the store or my home I told her please ship it to the store as it's easier for me. 10 minutes go by and she made a mistake and shipped it to my home. I said it's OK no problem I'll be home all day that day. It's fine don't worry about it.
