Windsor — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I came here after having such a terrible experience at Broadway mall (turns out at the Broadway location it was just the manager and coworker being lazy and rude!) and the manager and one of the staff members here at Roosevelt were absolutely just amazing and so sweet. The both of them truly cared about my situation and everything I explained to them as well. I told them my situation how I just wanted to return something because I was told the wrong refund policy and all I wanted to do was just return a dress I didn’t wear and get my money back for it. I explained to Broadway mall location what I was told and they absolutely refused to refund me with my original payment method and told me to go back to Roosevelt or else I’m just getting store credit and started trying to look up who rang me up from Roosevelt Field (which they’re not allowed to do) and started making faces, giggling and laughing, and trash talking the Roosevelt Field location which is so unprofessional. I explained this to the manager and one of the other staff members my experience at broadway and what I was told and they couldn’t even believe they refused to do my return and said all of those terrible things to me. From now on I will only be coming to the Windsor here at Roosevelt Field mall because they truly cared about the issue I was having and gave me zero problems about refunding me with my original return method. I wish I could give these ladies a million stars because they were absolutely AMAZING!!! I am looking forward to coming back strictly just to this location. I am also looking forward to seeing these two amazing ladies again in the future. They have way more options and better clothes and dresses than Broadway mall...

Wow ! Is all i can say. What a horrible experience at this location. Coming from working retail 20+ years this store by far needs some people training. I came in looking to buy a couple items for my daughter while she was in school for her graduation and a couple sweet 16s she had upcoming for some of her cousins. I thought Windsor would be the best choice because i hear great things but i was mislead. The staff was not helpful whatsoever the Store Manager Lisa ( if they told me her real name) was rude and very it is what it is attitude being very brief when i would ask about merchandise or items in stock. After being dismissed by her i shopped around alone and picked various items out only to be told that seasonal items were final sale such as sundresses, flower top and sandals. I'm not understanding how the policy doesn't state such. Then they proceeded to tell me if i ordered the items i could return them just not if i brought in store. Totally confused at the policy that clearly states Special Occasion dresses whatever those are cannot be returned. My entire time in this store was disappointment after disappointment maybe instead of being so rude to customers and making up return policies they can clean their trashy store and build great customer service because in this market it takes nothing to put up a store...

This Windsor store is receiving 1 star for the horrible customer service I received today from the 2 so called assistant managers. They deserve 0 stars.. I will never ever give this store my hard earned money. I attempted to return a skirt with the receipt and they refused to accept it stating the tag was missing. I explained the skirt was sold to me that way. The heavy set Hispanic Assistant Manager spoke very rudely to me, raised her voice and made a scene embarrassing me in front of the customers on the line. I asked her for her name and she refused. The second Assistant Manager which was an African American tells me to leave the store follows me and threatens to call security.
