UPDATES BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Food is USALLY great. Sometimes I'll go around 6 or later and it seems like there's only 1 or 2 people running the place and the food quality takes a hard hit (understandable). There's 1 guy and 1 female and she's usually outside/outback smoking while he is doing everything including cooking. HE deserves a raise he is always upbeat and making jokes when I come in. Very great dude his hard work does not go unnoticed 🫡
Update: i was a literal daily customer. Used to love eating here after the gym but. The Place has went extremely far downhill just like the cherrydale location. Tonight I went at 9pm just to be told they were out of EVERYTHING, I asked for just chips and queso and was told they were out. Yet I can see chips stacked from outside 🤦🏻♂️ almost all the employees were sitting at the tables except for one mopping.. Ive given up on this location and chipotle in general at this point as this seems to be a trend with all their locations. Recently ive gotten the honey chipotle chicken and its been extremely covered in sauce,extremely spicy or shredded instead of chopped. Im not sure how these mistakes are made. Last few times the queso has been a shade of brown so I've skipped getting it. I REALLY REALLY wish chipotle was reliable as it's the only semi healthy and fresh "fast food" around
Update again 8/14/25 came in at 11 am. Sign in the door saying card only. Had maybe 8 employees working and was told they wouldnt open for another hour + because they had their entire opening shift call out... im not sure why I gave this place another chance. There's just nowhere else around here to get grilled chicken other than chic fila. Pictures and video posted. Seems like they had everything ready except tomatoes and corn yet I wasnt allowed to order.
Just want to make sure its clear, im not mad or irritated with the employees that ARE working. Im just annoyed/tired of the terrible management/lack of that has been a consistent issue...
Read moreI had a really frustrating experience at Chipotle recently. I asked if I could order a kids’ bowl instead of the usual “build your own tacos” for my child. The employee making the food said they could make the bowl smaller and assured me it would be charged as a kids’ meal. I double-checked, saying, “You’ll charge it as a kids’ meal, right? I don’t want to pay full price for a half portion.” He confirmed. At checkout, I confirmed again with the cashier, asking if I was being charged for two kids’ meals, and she said “yes” twice.
When I looked at my receipt, I saw I had been charged for a full adult bowl despite it being a kids’ portion. I brought this up, and the cashier called for the manager. He dismissed her twice before finally coming over to help. When he did, he told me they don’t offer kids bowls at all. I explained that I had been told otherwise and confirmed the pricing multiple times. If I had known this from the start, I would’ve just had my child order the kids’ taco meal and made our own bowl at the table.
The manager refunded me for the overcharge, but the whole experience left me upset. I came to enjoy a meal, but instead, I’m sitting here eating, feeling irritated and frustrated. It’s not just about the money—it’s about the principle and how poorly this was handled after confirming more then one time!
Please train your team to be consistent and transparent with customers to avoid...
Read moreI normally go in to order so there will be no mixup. This is the third time going to this location. Each time they have put the wrong salsa on my bowl. The meat looked dry even though I was not eating it. last time there were no vegetables cooked and I was told they didn’t have time to do it. I’m a vegetarian, big problem for me. I just had the cold veggies and rice/beans. Not a great meal. All three times the inside of the place was a mess. Trash on the tables, and employees standing around just talking not doing anything. The visit before this one, I even asked the cashier if I could get a rag to wipe off a table to eat at. Her response was I don’t have time to get it right now. So, I feel I have given the restaurant 3 different chances. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I tried to not give ant stars, but it would not let me post...
