Would give a zero if possible. Called to inquire regarding an item, phone was answered curtly and I was asked if I could hold, which I did. Phone was obviously placed on a counter top and minutes as in store customers were assisted. Then the phone was hung up without any check to see if I was still holding. I called back immediately and another person answered and I told her I was very disappointed to have been hung up on. She never apologized, just stated “the other girl must have seen the phone there and thought it was off the hook.” I have worked retail and understand the constraints of working phones and with in person customers....this is not the kind of service any owner or corporation would want reflected by their employees. I hope my review will inspire new training to address this type of customer neglect. I am in a wheelchair and only call businesses to be sure I don’t waste an unnecessary and difficult trip to such stores. Read moreI’ve been working very long, crazy hours lately . I was looking for something VERY specific . I managed to get off work an hour early to come straight to this hallmark. I called the store at 10 min until 8 , as I was pulling into the big parking lot to ask if I could run in and grab that specific item . Emily said “ no I’m sorry we’re closed but we do open at 9 am “. I told her that I could grab or she could grab it for me and make it out of the store by 8 . She said how sorry she was that they were closed . Well … my iPhone said it was only 7:54pm as I hung up AND she was locking the door AS I drove up to the parking spot in front of the door . The first place I called sold their last one two days prior, so I called another place close to me. After a family get together we drove over there and got it, however the store would not honor the online discount. The manager looked to see if this was possible to order online, and verified this was in fact out of stock. I truly was very disappointed in the fact that the store would not honor the online discount. In fact the manager said I'm sorry but I cannot do that....
