I placed an order online and had a huge issue ordering the traditional wings online, it kept saying item unavailable, it took me an hour to place my order, so I placed my other 2 meals online and ordered the other via phone. When I went to the store to pick up my order they refused to give me the sauces I ordered. I was feeding multiple people, I ordered 3 meals and 10 sauces, 3 per person, because we ordered 2 of our meals with no sauce on the chicken. They gave us 4 of the 10 and told us it was against policy to give us anymore. We told them that we were more then happy to pay the $0.60 per side that's listed on the new sauces on the website but they said that wasn't an option and we had to buy full bottles! We don't need full bottles, just small sides! They were also out of the new sauces that we tired to order. They didn't even let us pick what 5 of the 10 sauces they would give us, we had no choice. They gave us 5 ranch, we dont need ranch, we have ranch at home! So we are forced to have our wings dry, that's absolutely ridiculous! On top of that they also forgot our mac and cheese, luckily we realized it before leaving the store. But with eveything going on they forgot both of our sodas and our fries!! We didn't realize until we got home because we were so frustrated about the sauce so we called the store because we live 30 minutes away and can't drive back to get them and they said since it was an online order there's nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to the Manger because I felt it wasn't right that we paid for items that we didn't receive, I was told that the manger was working in thr kitchen but that the employee would go ask what they could do. The employee got back on the phone and said they would refund the missing items, took my name, phone number, order # and last 4 of my debit card, I still haven't been refunded anything almost a week later! I also ordered my salad with no tomatos and of course there's tomatos as well as a large peiceof plastic! It would be easier to tell you the things right about this order at this point then the things that aren't! This is making us never want to eat here again. It has been the biggest hassle, poor customer service and huge waste of time and money. I posted a smaller review the day of, was told to fill out the online contact form, I did and still haven't heard anything back...
Read moreApp wouldn't allow me to order. Website wouldn't let me order. I tried to call but got 2 beeps and a hangup. I called the Beaverton location they said that Tualatin was 100% open and that they get calls multiple times a month saying that their phone number does not work. They told me to just go in. So I drove the 30 minutes to the Tualatin location.
When I arrived I politely explained to the person taking orders for pickups the issues that I had. I asked if i could order at the counter and get the same deal that I got online which was a free cauliflower wings with my order.
They explained that they would not honor the promotion and asked if I restarted my phone. I explained that I tried it on both my phone and my PC, and they said they were sorry but that I could try again on their wifi.
I uninstalled and re-downloaded the application logged back in and re-input my order. It when I clicked the checkout now button It gave me a technical difficulties message and would not go through. I then got on BWW wifi and tried again and still would not work. I restarted my phone and it still would not work. I went back up to the counter and explained the situation and they still refused to honor the online promotion. I
I said whatever I am here anyways and I reordered the meal there costing me +15 more dollars than the online cart. I asked if they could add the club points to my account retroactively and they said they could not. They then told me 30-40 minutes. I went up to the counter at the 30 minute mark and sat behind 2 customers ordering while 2 other employees stood behind the counter talking to eachother. My bag of food was sitting there the whole time. This next part is on me. I assumed that everything was in the bag when i should have expected the opposite. I just felt in the bag and everything felt luke warm. As if the bag of food was waiting there well before the 30-40 minute mark they told me.
I drove all the way home and they forgot the Onion rings with the burger. So not only did I not get the fries I also paid a +2 dollar upcharge for onion rings I did not receive.
I have not been to BWW in 4 years because the last time I went I had a bout of food poisoning. Not this location specifically but that is what turned me off to the place. I gave it a shot and am deeply disappointed in the customer service and...
Read moreGreat Service, But the Experience Left a Lot to Be Desired
I’ve been to quite a few Buffalo Wild Wings locations over the years, and usually, I know what to expect—some good wings, a lively atmosphere, and a fun, casual dining experience. This location in Tualatin, though, left me a bit stumped.
We came in around 1 p.m., and it was surprisingly quiet—just the two of us, seated at the bar. That in itself wasn’t a problem, but it did make what followed a little more noticeable. On the bright side, the gentleman behind the bar was incredibly polite and helpful. We weren’t ordering a full meal, just some wings and fries to split. He even gave us a heads-up on how to order to save a few bucks. Not that we were hunting for discounts, but who doesn’t like saving a little?
We tried the new Buffalo Blue Wings—flavor-wise, they were decent—but I was disappointed that they weren’t hot when they came out. The fries weren’t hot either, and even the celery and carrots on the side were limp and room-temp, not cool and crisp like they should be. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it definitely dulled the experience.
What really surprised me was the overall condition of the restaurant. The restrooms weren’t clean, and the floors were sticky—the kind of sticky you notice every step you take. It just didn’t feel well-maintained, especially for how slow it was at the time.
While our bartender was great, the woman working nearby seemed preoccupied—focused on organizing drinks in the cooler rather than checking on guests. With so few people in the restaurant, that extra bit of attention would have gone a long way.
I wanted to love this visit. The staff was friendly, the vibe had potential, and the food should have been great. But overall, this location could really use a refresh—both in cleanliness and attentiveness. A little extra care would make a...
