What an awesome experience. This place has an AMAZING selection of IN STOCK tile. We spent over an hour with Michael helping us get all we need to redo our bathroom. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. He helped us gather everything we needed and gave a quote along the way to simplify checkout. They helped us load as well. Highly recommend for your tile needs!!

Edit 5/11/25 (1 month later): Thankfully we had an amazing first impression. If today's visit was our first impression we would not come back. The person at the register (helping with our return) and 2 employees on the floor were all unable to help us find what we needed and were not familiar with how to answer our questions. Very disappointing. We found one item on our own that we came looking for. Will have to find another store...

My customer recently purchased a vanity from the Tualatin store. As a general contractor, they are not service oriented Not only would they not transfer the vanity from the Tacoma store without paying $200 plus, they charged her sales tax even though purchased in Oregon. I've purchased materials and vanities, cabinets, flooring and tile, that has been shipped without charge and sales tax from other states, that were purchased here in Oregon. In all my years as a GC, I have never, ever had a customer treated so poorly. First impressions matter, and I will never do business with...

Excellent service from start to finish. We tried another company that was in Lake Oswego, but they were rude and did not know what I was talking about. Called Floor and Decor from the other place’s lot and got the manager who knew exactly what I meant, went in and we were so happy with them that we went ahead and bought the product that day. It is now been installed and looks fantastic. The installer was very good also. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
