I and many of my coworkers often visit Eleven Cafe and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their coffee, tea, and other products. The cafe boasts a great selection that caters to coffee and tea enthusiasts alike. The ambiance is cozy, and the overall experience of enjoying a cup of their expertly brewed beverages is delightful.
However, my positive experiences are often marred by the owner Q's lack of manners and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the owner's demeanor is far from welcoming, and is evident that he lacks the basic politeness that is expected in the service industry. You can say good morning or thank you and Q will just stare or simply ignore you.
While the coffee and products are undeniably top-notch, the overall atmosphere suffered due to the owner's apparent lack of people skills. Interactions with customers should be a pleasant part of the cafe experience, but in this case, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Once Tucson temperatures cool down, I can see myself stopping here during a morning walk or on a trip to the many museums close by. The coffee, the prices, and the experience with the staff definitely makes it worth...

Lots of assorted breakfast foods, small couch area to sit, and simple modern counter. UPDATE: Returned 14 months later... and they...
