The wife and I went to look at a new pair of boots for myself and my boy. As we entered, we weren’t greeted by anyone, no hello, no how can we help you or even a welcome in. We browsed around for a little and looked at some clothes and boots. Unfortunately, we didn’t find what we were looking for and decided to leave. We walked right in front of the register on our way out. One of the gals just looked at us and once again didn’t greet us nor said anything. Once we were out the door and on our way to our truck, the girl ran outside and asked me and my wife if what we had in our hand was ours. My wife and I looked at her confused and asked what do you mean? The gal responded is that yours? My wife looked at her hand and said my boys swaddle and the girl responded with a dirty look as if she was the one getting offended and said I was just asking and walked back in without even offering an apology for accusing us of stealing. Had heard great things about this place and had seen some very cute boots via social media. My husband and I decided to stop by and check it out and maybe purchase a pair of boots for both him and my baby boy. As we entered, there was maybe one other customer in the store and a few staff members working. None of the staff greeted us upon arrival. As we browsed around the store, nobody approached us to see if we needed any sort of assistance. My husband and I finally decided to leave and as we walked out, one of the staff members walked out and accused me of stealing. My husband passed away and I had one strew hat that he work working that was quite soiled and a brand new straw XXXX Stetson that I wanted to use as part of his memorial table. The new one I asked them to shape like he had shaped his older one. They literally ruined it. The one that was to be cleaned is by far a professional cleaning. They should NEVER have worked on either hate. I don't recommend anyone to take a hat to them for shaping or cleaning. The girls were very nice but nice doesn't fix the situation unfortunately.
