I went in to get a mattress topper for my current mattress, or a cheap, yet soft mattress. We started looking at mattresses in their discount section with the help of Andrew. He explained the comfort levels of each mattress, and pulled them out for us to lay on and test. I wasn't 100% on any of them. Reluctantly, we started browsing and laying on the other mattresses on display. Andrew was never once pushy like a salesperson, but he was very knowledgeable on each mattress we looked at. He also told us all of the current promos going on, along with the 4 month try it period and 10 year warranty. We left as we had a few other errands to run. Then when we returned, Andrew helped us with every question, and was so patient with my indecisiveness! We ended up with a more expensive mattress, but it wasn't because we felt pressured. It was because Andrew had the knowledge, and showed us every aspect of what we were looking at! In store service was quick and easy. Joseph answered all my questions, showed me the selections I was interested in. Explained the sale prices and demonstrated how the platforms worked. He set up delivery and removal of the old mattress. He even called me at home when I had more follow up questions. Next the delivery team was on time, quickly removed the old mattress, and completely set up the new foundation and mattress. I dropped into the mattress firm to start pricing mattresses. The salesman, Nino, was really well informed and offered this cool tool for trying to figure out the perfect bed for me. He hung out as long as I needed him to do that I had the right product. Nino offered these alternatives to check out like a bedframe that does lumbar support just to see if you like it and he could talk about all of it.
