Baked N Loaded Potato Co. — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I had the unfortunate experience of eating at Baked N Loaded Potato Co., and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Not only was the food subpar but the customer service was absolutely abysmal.

To start, the food was a nightmare. I ordered a loaded baked potato, and what I received was a mess of undercooked, flavorless ingredients slopped onto a potato that was anything but "loaded." I should have known something was amiss from the moment I took my first bite, but little did I know that this would lead to a horrid bout of food poisoning.

Within hours of leaving the restaurant, I started to feel severe gastrointestinal pain. The pain and suffering I endured were beyond description. I ended up in the hospital, where I had to endure various tests and treatments to recover from the food poisoning. The experience was physically and emotionally traumatic, all thanks to the abysmal quality of the food at Baked N Loaded Potato Co.

When I attempted to reach out to the owner to express my concerns and the grave consequences of their negligence, I was met with nothing short of contempt and indifference. In fact, they went so far as to laugh in my face and suggest that I should sue them. This level of unprofessionalism and heartlessness left me in shock.

My experience here was a complete disaster. The terrible food, followed by a severe case of food poisoning, and the owner's dismissive and apathetic response have left me scarred both physically and emotionally. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment unless you have a fondness for bland, poorly-prepared food and a desire to risk your health and well-being. My sincere hope is that others can avoid the same terrible fate I endured at this...

WOW CAN I JUST SAY HOW OUTSTANDING THIS PLACE IS?? I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch with out tomato’s, and it accidentally came with tomato’s (not a big deal just hate the taste of tomato’s in my mouth..) so I told the manager lady that I asked for no tomato’s and she was so sincere about my food. She asked me if she could remake it for me and give me something in return! I said no thank you because of course I don’t mind the tomato’s and I didn’t want to take from them since they are a local business. I thought that was so awesome!

Also I got a scone, let me tell you how amazing it was. It was so warm and sweet and it hit my sweet tooth!! I couldn’t finish it since it’s a great size so I took it home and you can legit warm it right in the micro wave with out it getting soggy and gross. Best scone ever!

My husband got to make his own and they made it right on point!! I hade to taste it and it was so good! The meat was perfectly seasoned. I loved the Carna Asada. The shredded chicken was perfect!! It wasn’t dry it was very juicy!

The vegetables were super fresh! The meat was cooked right there and I got to watch it cook, and it smelt so good!

I love the girls there! They are so funny and so sweet. They make jokes and have the brightest smile! They helped me pick and choose what I would want to enjoy my meal!

I definitely will come back! My friend suggested me as well and she loves it and her parents go there everyday!! So I decided to try it out!! They also have a breakfast spud that sounds amazing! I know what I’m having...

Every time I travel to Twin Falls, I go out of my way to visit the Magic Valley Mall and have a potato from this place. The most obvious thing about the restaurant is just how friendly the people are, their customer service is incredible, and they really succeed in making it feel like you are just ordering food from a friend, even if you have never been there. That service compliments the incredible potatoes, which are high quality and come with delicious toppings, the texture and flavor becoming extremely savory and absolutely hitting the comfort food part of your brain in the best way possible. Every time I go it just seem like the food is better, they truly are incredible and if you are in the area and are hungry, absolutely stop by and engage in your inner Idahoan for a decked out...
