Placed an order on December 24th online- they took money out of my bank account and was closed when we got there to pick it up. Called when they were open asked for a manager and was told "I am a manager I don't control the online ordering but give it a few days to refund. It USUALLY refunds when orders aren't picked up or made" I said ok thank you can I get your name so I can ask for you if that doesn't happen? She said I don't give out my personal information to ppl. I replied I just wanted your first name as a reference point so I could say- that I talked to whoever about this on December 26th. She proceeded to insist that she won't give out get first name. I was fairly exasperated at this point and said- "Wow I'm not asking for your full name and address I'm simply wanting to be able to know whom I'm getting information from so I can tell the next person I encounter." Also, when we were there to pick up our order there were about 6 other cars in the parking lot not getting their orders either! I told her I was going to leave a review about this and hung up. SHE CALLED ME BACK TO YELL AT ME FOR HANGING UP ON HER. So now she's using MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO HARASS ME! Please do not give this business your money! I'm hoping to actually get mine back from being scammed online when the store was...
Read moreAs someone who has always loved Taco Bell I can firmly assure to completely avoid Twin Falls.
Once or twice I can understand, but not once have I had a single correct order. There are always missing items, wrong items and items with added and unnecessary things. Some how there has not been a single time where the whole order was correct.(no onions or tomatoes.)
Nor is the order not sloppily thrown together, not limp, pathetic and soggy. It would also be lovely if they could stop putting poorly wrapped items upside down in the bag. No one wants to eat a disassembled taco off of the bottom of the bag.
If you plan on using the drive through give yourself at least 45 minutes + extra time for them to fix the order at least twice.
Even more so, how does a beef and bean burrito all of a sudden have onions, tomatoes, lettuce and rice?! It's two ingredients... Two! How do you manage to ruin that, Multiple times!?! Seriously, if you HAVE to have Taco Bell save yourself some time and go to Jerome.
Sorry I have basic food allergies (tomatoes), but I just can not understand how they constantly get it wrong.
I've worked as kitchen staff, we used to have consequences for our actions, is that just not a...
Read moreStopped at this Taco Bell on the way home from a road trip from Vegas. We went through the drive through and after we left the drive through we noticed that they forgot part of our order which seems to be common according to other reviews.
I then parked in the front but the lobby was closed. I knocked on the door to see if someone could run the missing food out really quickly however an employee looked at me and then turned his head away. I then called the store and explained to the manager Christian and politely asked if someone could run out the missing food however he refused and insisted that I go back through the drive through. He claimed that he was short staffed which is understandable however it would take one person under 30 seconds to run the food out to the car.
Going back through the drive through would have been fine however at this point there were at least 12 cars in the drive through and we did not feel that we should have to wait 15-20 minutes sitting in the drive through for something that they made a mistake on. I told Christian this and he still insisted on the drive through and would rather argue on the phone than simply have the food ran out which would have taken...
