It was the most bad experience we ever had in our life. There was a skinny, tall, darker skin tone lady wearing N95 mask and scarf on head. I tried to see her name tag but she was making herself busy folding the dress that I couldnât see her name. She was very very very rude and acting very disrespectful. My husbandâs clothes got lock in the try room and when we called for help she acted very aggressive and opened the door. My husband said I didnât know the door will be locked then she shouted very loudly and said to him âDonât be rude try your clothesâ three times back to back. I went and asked whatâs the problem and why you are acting rude, we are not getting anything for free here, we are customers and we need to see, try and then buy it, this is not the way you are acting. If the door is locked its not a big deal. Then while checking out there was no one there so I asked this lady very nicely that âExcuse me Mam who will be doing our check out?â she even didnât answered me. Then another lady came to help us, I asked her who is the store manager, she said I am the manager, we explained everything happened before but she even didnât pay attention and did not listen to us and she was trying to ignore and showing herself busy with the headset. I said you are the store manager and acting like this and not listening to us then what should we expect from your rude staff. I stopped my husband from buying the shirt and leaving the store but still he said leave it lets buy and go. We usually buy from express and other locations are super nice and friendly but this Tysonâs location are very rude and...
Read moreVery rude cashier lady and manager. Unwillingness to listen to a customer is very unprofessional. You wonât go nowhere with this kind of attitude. I know retail jobs are stressful but there is no place for disrespect here. Issue: we brought a suit in-store and found the same evening that the same suit is 50% off online. We got that suit but we received a damaged one. Instead of shipping it back, we decided to return it in store and ask for that reduced price match due to timings issues of shipping back and forth. The cashier and manager at express store in Tysons were unwilling to listen to the whole story. They refunded the online transaction, took the suit back that was damaged but did not do a price match because they think that they did a 1:1 return but missing the point that we paid 50% extra because of not matching the price. Issue 1: Itâs surprising that good brands like express are not doing quality checks. Issue 2: managerâs and cashierâs at this Tysonâs virigina store is adding fuel to it.
I will spend my money where I get a good customer service and a quality product.
Never shopping at express again and also at this specific store at Tysons should train their staff including manager on how to deal with customers better.
There are so many other brands and stores I can spend...
Read moreThere was a woman name April (i saw her name tag), who was very unhelpful when i asked for a fitting room. she had me stand by the entrance of the fitting room having me wait for more than 10 mins just to try on a shirt. I don't understand why she had me stand there while she fiddle around her keys, talking nonsense on her headset, something about taking a break? and saw her chewing on gum behind her mask. (very unprofessional)...finally another retailer noticed i was standing waiting forever and was able to grab a fitting room for me. I left the fitting room, and the same old April was closest to me so i asked her what promos they might have available for the holidays. She couldn't get me a direct answer and again fiddled with her keys while obnoxiously chewing behind her mask...... I guess her keys are more interesting than making a sale to a potential customer? i had to leave without purchasing anything and completely wasted my time. Thanks April for being such a pro. thumbs up on...
