I'm writing this because it didn't happened one time, I ordered something online and they send me a worn boots which i paid 300 $ for my friend;
when i took it to store(drove 15 minutes) to return it, they said that we can't accept that because it's worn! then i explained that I received this shoes as is, but she said i gotta coordinate with customer service. she gave me a package that i thought that it's return receipt but when i got home, i figured that it's my original receipt with hand written UPS tracking number that she sent to store!
MF, I could do it by myself and get my refund in 15 days! i took it to tore to refund my money earlier, do you think i'm foolish ! her name is Geli. I was not talking with her at all till all of the sudden she jumped front of one of her colleagues to interfere.
Like one of the reviews that i was reading, Tory Burch is a good brand but associate's behavior tell you that they are fake high class brand, that's just good for buying gift for your friend, not to have something for yourself
More interesting part is that, that was their respond to the worn boot that they've sent to me and i gotta wait two weeks because that SH* lady didn't want to do that due to her bad day or something.

When asked to use cash or credit, they never mentioned that by paying with cash it would change the return policy where they could only reimburse up to $250 back in cash. We bought a bag for $600 then realized online it was marked down to $300. When we tried to get reimbursed the difference, they told us they could only reimburse up to $250 and tried to get us to buy something else so that they could reimburse us the difference after purchasing something else. The sales lady was also rude telling us that we should be grateful because it was a glitch in the system that the bag was marked down. The very next day it was marked back up to $600.
