I really like Scolapasta! I love that it is a fast casual pasta restaurant and the location is convenient if you are already at Tysons Galleria. I have tried both the pesto and the Cacio E Pepe, and I enjoyed both of them. The truffle pasta is also good. I will note the dishes can get a bit expensive with the add-ons so just be aware of this. I was surprised one time when I ordered and they asked me if I wanted Parmesan on it, and then I got charged an extra dollar. I felt a little surprised and misled, but I went back anyway a different time (ha). The cannolis are yummy!! I’d recommend as a simple sweet treat. Seating is tricky, you usually have to wait for a table to open up if you’re there on a weekend.

I gave this place two chances and was disappointed in both times. If you want pasta, go to Maggiano's Little Italy. The homemade pasta itself is decent enough but a bit over cooked. The problem is mainly the sauces. The White Truffle sauce had a light taste and was mainly mushrooms. I honestly didn't taste much of any truffle at all. The bolognese sauce was too spicy. My 4 year old couldn't eat the classic Spaghetti with Bolognese with the meatball topping. The pasta in a box concept doesn't work in this location; who's carrying pasta when they buy pants at Gucci? Shops like this are for professionals looking to grab lunch and get back to their cubicle. The service was slow, too

Gave this place 2 chances and was disappointed both times. The first time i tried the white truffle and the second time i tried the cacio e pepe. The pasta itself is decent but sauces are not it. Very bland and tasted like I was just eating butter noodles. Would rather grab maggianos, noodles and co. or olive garden across the street. All 3 of those are better tasting than this place which is unfortunate bc i was excited for a to-go pasta option in galleria that’s halal.

To make matters worse, the second time i came, i saw both male workers in the front using their phones with gloves on and using the same gloves to touch the fresh pasta at the front counter where it’s made. One of them also touched their nose and rang people up for orders using the same gloves. I am now disgusted and won’t be returning. If I’m in this area of the mall again, i’ll gladly take andy’s pizza next...

If you're looking for a place to enjoy excellent Italian food, Scolapasta is definitely a spot you shouldn’t miss. The quality of the dishes is outstanding, every bite is packed with flavor. The pastas are fresh and perfectly cooked, and the variety of sauces will satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

What’s even better is that the prices are very affordable, making the value for money unbeatable. You don’t have to worry about your wallet to enjoy a delicious and well-served meal.

Our experience was made even better thanks to Felipe’s personalized service. He made us feel right at home, creating a warm and family-like atmosphere that made our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be back for the food, the quality, and of course, the great service.

Highly...

A Must-Visit Italian Gem! If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, Scolapasta is the place to be. The bolognese pasta was absolutely outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. But the real star of the show was the white truffle pasta—elegantly fragrant, silky, and indulgent in every bite. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves the subtle yet luxurious taste of truffles. What truly made the evening exceptional, though, was the service. Felipe was absolutely fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He made sure every detail was taken care of, enhancing our overall experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for top-notch Italian cuisine and impeccable service. Can’t...
