I was extremely hesitant about trying this place, and I can tell you that I already regret it. I was looking for a place to get a pedicure and a manicure and I decided that I will go here based on the 4.6… unfortunately, I am assuming that this must be some type of error or paid reviews. My main gripe with this place is sanitary. So this establishment had the proper tools to sanitize their equipment, I noticed that she picked up equipment that was not in any type of sterile packaging. This was my first red flag and I should’ve walked out. Though the pedicure experience was overall OK, I can tell you that I’ve never been in so much pain in my life. After receiving the pedicure, for some reason, I decided that I would get a manicure. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a man or not but I have never in my life, had a manicure that was done while i was in the pedi chair. -so maybe she didn’t think I knew anything. There was no soaking, no cuticle care, no massage. Unfortunately, I am absolutely now worried about the potential for a fungal-in the end, I guess I have no one to blame for myself for continuing forward with the service. This is not a place I would recommend specifically based on sanitation below is how the car looked when I came in and the same to see utilized or me what place right back in the cart which I assume is for the next person. If your gut tells you no,...

How is this place possibly getting near perfect reviews? Just had a pedicure (basic) and eyebrow wax and will never ever go back to this place. The pedicure was fine but nothing spectacular. She finished and instead of having me wait to let it dry or sit under a light she immediately went behind the counter to collect payment. She said it would be $50 so debating between cash and card I decided cash so I gave her two 20’s and a 10 and then gave her a 20 and asked her to break that up and give me change. She instead told me she was giving me back the 10 and would take 60. Incredulously, I asked her if she was really deciding for herself and taking her own tip. Instead of arguing (not my style) I walked out. This wasn’t an issue of language barrier by the way. Just complete rudeness and lack of basic customer service. I just moved down the street so this would have been a perfect regular place for me but I’ll never be back. By the way, I was asking her to break the 20 to give her 15 but never again. There is a reason I was the only one in there on a beautiful...

I scheduled an appointment via phone call with this salon for me and my sister. I was looking specifically for Russian manicure and the person on the phone reassured me that they do it (even though they did not have it on their website - first red flag) and we got the appointment for Friday morning the 25 of Oct. when we arrived for our appointment, we were told that people that do Russian manicure were not working today but we can get regular gel manicure done if we want to, like what? How do you schedule an appointment for specific service without acknowledging the schedule of the people providing the service? Unfortunately we did not have a ton of time to shop around more and stayed for cheaper manicure. And the way they do it is definitely outdated, they just layer the gel polish and dry in the lamp until it’s thick… I am writing this review a week later and I have to tell you my nails fell off the day before yesterday. 40$ for 5 days of manicure? - not good. We wanted to come get pedicures done but now I think I’ll go elsewhere. Would not...

My nail tech, Holly, was very nice, but unfortunately, the quality of my $70 appointment was lacking. For starters, she selected nails that were too large for my fingers. I mentioned this to her and she said she would file it down but never did. She forgot to polish one hand and only remembered when I mentioned that the other hand needed extra filing. I continued to make suggestions and ask questions to ensure I received the quality of nails I was accustomed to, but in the moments I wasn’t paying attention the quality of service declined. Somehow the pinky nail on my left hand never received a second coat, which is obvious when I place my hands beside one another. The top coat cured with bubbles, and the nails are thick and clunky. I always tip well because I appreciate the time it takes, but to say I’m disappointed in the end result would be a severe understatement.
