This location just lost an extremly easy 15k sale. I practically begged them to take my money. They lack in customer service and probably are less inclined to help anyone not dressed âwellâ. Me, my brother and 4 sisters walked in before catching a flight, my brother wanted to buy us all rings to remember the trip, we knew exactly which ones we wanted and just wanted to come in and purchase. Mind you we are all doctors but donât feel the need to âdress upâ as it shouldnât matter when we spend. Real wealth whispers. There was a wait for a rep, so we waited. After some time I then approached the attendant and told him I understood I was now second on the list but we really had to leave to catch a flight in the next 15 minutes and if he could take us asap as we just wanted to make our quick purchase and leave. He gave me a look and said he would see what he could do, something about the whole interaction made us feel very unwelcome and we all looked at each other and without having to say a word to one another we felt the energy. In terms of customer service when you have a guaranteed sale and the client is on a time crunch, thatâs the time to accommodate, wait or not, thatâs how you make money. We waited some more, felt off, and left. Walked into Cartier and within 3 minutes spent 20k got our rings and made our flight just in time. This was extremely disappointing as my sister has spent 50k+ at David Yurman alone the past few months. One should not feel the need to throw such statistics out or dress up to get good...
Read moreRegrettably, my Nana and I went to get my graduation gift from this David Yurman location. We were not made welcome and felt it was tough to get the fellow who was more interested in his phone to pull out the jewelry pieces for us to view. Might I mention that my Nana is in a wheelchair and we were hoping for a positive celebratory experience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. It was almost as if we were bothering the man when there was no other individuals in the store to be of service to. He didnât just look at his phone and texted, but seemed to scoff when asked prices. Upon giving him a budget range, he didnât attempt to accommodate and find pieces (of which I know there are the plentiful), but instead communicated to us that the pieces we were viewing were âout of our budgetâ with no further suggestions. It certainly left a lasting impression, but not the one we were hoping for.
This experience was in stark contrast to that of what Nana and I had at this location back in 2015 for my High School graduation and the time I went for earrings shortly thereafter.
I seriously love David Yurman and hope that this location receives the necessary attention itâs clearly in need of as of late.
Iâd recommend making the trip to another location or measuring and...

And she has a ton of pieces buy yurman I Wish I could post a picture of this sales woman I guess it waz nancy H. I was not there if.
