Online ordering is a scam. Everyone you talk to will be really sorry but not sorry enough to fulfill their obligation and send you your items. I took the time to order something as a gift for my wife I don't want a refund I want what I ordered. That's how a business works, the consumers see something that they're interested in, they pay the proprietor the agreed upon price, and then they take it home. If they order their items online, it is the most basic obligation that you fulfill mailing the items out. This company took my money and nobody can tell me where my items are. This is why Amazon is succeeding and many other stores are shutting...

I purchased Asics sneakers from the UO website. It was absolutely NOT clear it was a 3rd party sale. Even the link to return says return in store. ALL my confirmation emails were from UO.
