Read moreUnder no circumstances should you buy furniture from this store. We ordered Ashley furniture online in September 2020 because Ashley did not have the couch and loveseat we wanted in stock. As it turns out neither did this store. Took our money and did not communicate at all about delays. Impossible to get on the phone and when you did, they had trouble finding the order. No response to email. Finally got furniture delivered at the end of January.
Furniture was fine for a couple of months and then the couch started to break. Called & emailed no response. Called Ashley because they have a one-year warranty on the furniture but they told me that I had to go through the store it was purchased from. Got one guy on the phone who said there was only a 30-day warranty. I told him Ashley had a 1 year warranty but we had to go through them. He asked me to send pictures. Never heard from them again.
