Rosie's Laundromat — Local services in Union City

If I could put less -1000 stars, I would do it! ESTE LUGAR ES HORRIBLE. Today my mom went to exchange one bill for coins, we have gone to this laundry about 5 times because it is close to our house, but today she went and a man, apparently American, threw her away and threw her into the street yelling at her, she could not record because she is an old lady and does not know how to use technology much, but how terrible the treatment of these people is, and she is not the only one. The first time I went there was a lady who worked there and the same thing, her treatment despoted. In addition, his machines, all broken, several of my clothes have dropped bleach and I don’t know how, because I don’t even use that. It is preferable to go to other places than here....

I went to wash clothes around 8am and went up to the lady working there to ask in Spanish where the machine was to get change I was approached by a gentleman stating go put your clothes in the machine then go talk to her I kindly told him I was asking her a question not him he begins to state I am the owner I again stated I'm asking her a question he begins to state I want her to do this first not get your change he then stated go was clothes somewhere else I told him I wouldn't want to spend my money in his laundromat how he spoke to his worker was very degrading. I truly hope he looses business what...

I dont like the service at this place..the workers tell you how many quarters you need rather than you tell them what you need. When you ask for quarters they are hesitant to give change and ask if you will be using them for laundry.......what am i in a laundrymat for??????duh......i do not recommend this place...customer service is the worst.....the employee that was working there is not helpful and has an attitude..it seems when u approach her its bother....do they forget that they are in business because of customers but if you do not provide good customer service then you cannot expect your...
