From the minute I walked in the door I knew this was the place I wanted to purchase my living room suit. I New # exactly what I wanted before I got there and to my surprise everything I wanted was in their showroom! They have so much in stock, there’s no waiting period! For a few things that is not in stock, they are adamant about it getting it delivered as quickly as possible! The first person I met was Jessica who greeted me, and then let me wander around without following me like 2 other furniture stores in the area! She was close enough to ask her questions, but was not on my heels like I’ve Experienced with the others. FF, AF, & others Suffocated me and made me feel obligated to buy the first thing I saw. Jessica answered every question I had, and went out of her way to look things up in the system and their catalog. There wasn’t a question left unanswered. She also gave me ideas I didn’t have. She took The time to go to the warehouse a couple times, so she could give me accurate information instead of the “well, maybe…” that I was getting from other stores.
The prices are unmatchable! The quality of the pieces in the store are excellent, better than the others, and the staff blew me away with their friendliness and curiosity! Not only was Jessica courteous, Informative and knowledgeable, but she made me feel comfortable to take my time. If you are questioning SIMMS furniture, let this be your deciding factor! I personally saw a few pieces that were identical to the competitors right around the corner, but the price was almost double! They offer financing options to fit different situations, not just one “take it or leave it.” Oh, and the ‘90 days same as cash’ is Hard to find these days, but they offer it.

Read moreUnfortunately I must report our experience has been less than desirable. We spent well over 2 hours meticulously picking out our furniture, setting up delivery etc. We left pleased with our purchase and our delight has come to a screeching halt. We were informed we would receive a phone call on Monday to set up a delivery time for Tuesday, that call never happened. We called Sims on Tuesday, our expected delivery date and were told an error was made and the date actually entered for delivery was Thursday. We made arrangements to our schedules to be available for delivery a second time and that didn't happen either. The 3rd party delivery driver made 1 phone call, and within a 20 minute time frame had returned our furniture to Sims and as he stated was half way to Dayton. I called Sims for a resolution and was met with numerous insincere apologies and ended with no resolution other than well it should be delivered on Tuesday. Well Sims it should have been delivered this past Tuesday at the latest Thursday and now we are told Tuesday. I have lost all faith in your company and your willingness to do what is in the best interest of your customer, but instead make your errors and lack of communication...

SIMS sent someone they contract with since the warranty ppl won't respond.. the man they sent complained the whole time he was at our house.... the parts he put on.. he put on crooked.. it now squeaks... he busted up the cup holder because he used a metal hammer instead of a rubber mallet.... and now.. Angie is telling me.. they can't do anything about my furniture.. she said I needed to continue to call the warranty ppl... who WILL NOT answer... she said that's what she has advised other customers to do... SO.. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE???? AND YET CONTINUE TO PUSH THIS WARRANTY COMPANY??? WOW!!!....Our sales woman was great... I'm here to make everyone aware NOT to get the extended warranty on your furniture.. I'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST A YEAR TO GET MY FURNITURE FIXED. I PUT A CLAIM IN. THE WRONG PARTS WERE ORDERED. THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OUT 3 TIMES OUT SAID THAT WORK WAS COMPLETED, EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER TOUCHED MY FURNITURE BECAUSE OF THE WRONG PARTS. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY ONE COME FIX MY COUCH AFTER I FINALLY RECEIVED THE RIGHT PARTS. NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A COMPLAINT...
