Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Union Township

Let's see over the past month ordered several of the mocha frappes. On the app and every time I get there. They don't have it and if anybody's trying to get a refund on the app. Good luck so I would say over the past month at least probably 20 of those. Now since I can't get refunds through the app I decide. To go with a chocolate shake which if you notice the one in Eastgate most of the time that machines down or the frap Babe machines down everything's. Down every other day but they come out and they give me a strawberry shake so I go back in there and then they say that They are out of chocolate. Today I order a bacon quarter pounder with cheese with extra Mayo extra pickle and it didn't come with bacon. It didn't have any extra anything... Got an attitude from the mexican kid that was standing back there cause I guess he apparently can't read english.. I did hold my composure but I've lost over a 102 $100 the problem. The problem is how long I have for lunch and not wanting to spend $20 on a lunch like it canes I'm kind of. Stuck. With this s*.. If you want food that's right and you don't. Get? Ripped? Off by. A? Lot of money? By having repeat drive-thrus don't go to McDonald's. I would go to burger king honestly grab ate scrub occasionally but I haven't lost money with them...

I go to this sonic a lot and usually don't have a problem..but i usually always get the same girl that delivers and takes my order. seems they may have gotten some new people who maybe arnt catching on or just all the other employees suck at their job because anytime I don't get that same girl my entire order gets messed up!!! Last time I went...which will be the last time I ever go there again..I had ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken meal with tots..the tots were fine as always but the chicken wasn't even chicken it's as if they fried the breading without the chicken inside? The pieces that did have any chicken were completely the fatty parts! I got a Dr.Pepper with LIGHT ice to go with that skimp of a meal and apparently they have no concept of what LIGHT ice means and in fact seemed to be eXtra ice!..and they got the drink wrong as well..they gave me iced tea..which happens to be one of the only drinks on their menu I don't like! Worse experience ever with fast food I have ever had in my entire life! I do not recommend eating at this sonic what so ever! ..wish I could remember the girls name who actually does her job right! She's there all the time..dark hair and...

Of course the car hop atmosphere with servers on skates is a great throughback to years gone by, but clearly not the same. The menu board is cluddered and hard to find the offerings...after awhile it looks like a messy jumbled board with Milk Shakes plainly. Get it - you want to sell milk shakes! The milkshakes are so thick it s more like trying to suck a golfball through a straw. 15 minutes later I take off the lid to drink it and more like glue and slowly moves. The few strawberry bits are frozen and hard. The after taste is like tasting paste.

The car hop on skates really likes going round & round to gather attention . Yeah....play time over...please get my order...thinking to myself. Here it comes....wait.....I get to watch more try to be fancy moves...and finally arrived..not even a smile or thank you. Service is rude and slow. Ohhhh, the soft drink I got should have been called ice drink- all ice and two sips of drink. Oh well I got to see a bargain basement skate show whether I wanted it or not. Are they like the years gone by carhops....no! I guess that is why the lot is basically empty...good...
