Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

I had my first terrible experience with Chick-fil-A this past week at the KOP Mall. After doing some shopping at the mall, we stopped at the food court around 5pm for dinner. While my wife went with another place, I chose Chil-fil-A. If the guardian of the Holy Grail from Indiana Jones was there, he would have said... "He chose... poorly."

While there was no wait for food, that also meant everything I ordered was ready to go... and had been sitting. None of my food was hot. My first-ever spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter's mashed potatoes were both cold. My daughter who loves chicken nuggets refused them after taking a bite. I tried them out and they were very dry. They tasted like they had been sitting under the warming lamps for hours. Same for the cajun fries. The best part of the meal was my Coke. The gentleman who took my order and got my food also didn't seem like he wanted to be there.

Definitely will not be eating at this...

Disappointed is an understatement. We came up to the mall on Monday and needed to get lunch, and my kids usually love Chick Fil A so that’s what we got. Spent over $50 on food. 2 chicken nugget meals and 3 chicken deluxe sandwich meals. The first time we got the order we were missing a sandwich. That’s okay, quick fix, go back and ask them for the sandwich. I got back to sit down, everyone else had already started eating. You know those were chicken deluxe sandwich’s and wasn’t nothing on the sandwich’s but chicken, two pickles and bread!! The menu said it came with like, lettuce, tomato, you know, all that stuff. These people gave us sad looking sandwiches, and we paid about $10 per meal. I was so disgusted but my family had already started eating so whatever. Lesson learned. on the 4th of july, i ordered through the app using my rewards to get a free meal. i immediately got a notification saying an error occurred and to go up to the register for help, only to find out the restaurant closed three hours earlier than it was supposed to, and their hours did not reflect that, nor did the app (clearly because it let me order). i come to this chick fil a because it’s one of the cheapest options in the food court and i have rewards, but the service is so unorganized and im always missing something, whether its sauces, or they forgot my drink or fries. they even changed their recipe, and i let it slide. this might’ve been my last straw because i was highly pissed off that i had to go spend money somewhere crowded and...
