Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Usually had a good experience picking up subs here- but today when I made a Buy one get one order which on the app his store honors since the promo code worked. When I went in to pick up subs I was asked by( I assume the owner-He is always there-) What was the promo code you used? I am thinkin huh -why would he ask me that-like he was suprised it was by one get one. Well let me tell you my wife's sub - She usually gets her custom veggie sub- red onions extra green peppers spinach jack cheese tomatoes and peppercorn ranch. Half the spinach was rotten- like hardly no onions- extra peppers-A big Nope! Hardly any onions or peppers and some rotten spinach. It's like we were punished this time because we got the promo BOGOFL. So good thing we got one veggie sub free because - we had to throw it out anyway. So yeah we...

If I could give this place a negative review I would. My mother and I went in and asked if we could sit down and eat since there was no sign saying other wise. The older lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude, she first rolled her eyes, then said rudely "I guess." Mind you no one was in the restaurant. Then she looked at my mom and I and said, "You don't know where these people come from." While talking to her co-worker. Neither one of them were nice at all.y mom and I did not deserve the treatment that we got. And neither one of the employees had their masks on correctly. And as we walked out they both said rude and nasty comments. Good luck being treated nicely here. Will never go back...

Worst service I’ve ever received at a subway, the gentleman behind the counter was rushing us the second we walked in the door and then got mad when we told him to give us a little more time. He then accused me of saying rude things under my breath and told me that I had an attitude, then proceeded to raise his voice at me when nobody was being disrespectful towards him. I then was getting ready to walk out the door and as I did he then made a racist comment because of the color of my skin saying “I knew you were going to do that the second you walked through the door”.
