I can never get a response from anyone at this location so clearly they do not care about customer experience, but I will share here. Every time we come to this location they mess up our order or forget something. Even if the food itself is correct they don't remember the dressing, condiments, items that are supposed to go in your soup and salad, etc. It's so bad I bought a bottle of their dressing from the store because they never remember to include it. I guess shame on me for not checking better in the Drive-Thru but it's hard to dig through everything while cars are waiting behind you. And sometimes I quickly look and think everything is there only to get home and realize they left items out. On my last order we spent almost $40 on two adult meals and one kids meal. The fries were cold and the container was not even close to full. One of our soups was only about halfway filled and they forgot to include the toppings. The other soup had the lid barely put on and they had it stacked up on top of other food so when we grab the bags it fell over and spilled into the bag. We got home only to find out they didn't put any toppings on one of our sandwiches and they forgot the salad dressing and the dipping sauce for the nuggets. I have tried repeatedly to give feedback but I never get a response. I've even gone so far as to blatantly ask for money back because they forgot to include actual food items and nothing! There is a lot I like about this place but I am tired of wasting money. It isn't cheap. On a positive note, food is typically good and they are friendly and efficient at the drive-thru. It's just really disappointing that not only do they fail to get orders correct, but that...
Read moreWent through the drive thru. I was about 6 cars from the order board. An employee approached the car and wanted to take my order. I told her when I got to the board and could see my choices, I would order. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away. When I was one car away, she came and asked if I wanted a paper menu. I said I would just order at the board since I was already there. Another eye roll. I pulled up to the board and 3 other employees were all standing at the board blocking my view. I asked them to move so I could order. They looked at me and went back to their conversation. I asked again and the girl who originally approached my car said, "This is why we take your order before the menu board so you don't hold up the line." Am I to assume that you believe every person has been to Chick-Fil-A and has the menu memorized? If not, why then don't you offer a paper menu when approaching the car the first time? Seems like the common sense thing to do. I ordered a 12 piece nugget. What a way to make the whole experience even worse. Twelve nuggets. Each the size of a nickle. All 12 fit into the palm of my hand and the sauce was wrong. I'm not sure if it was a joke or payback for needing to see a menu. Either way, I'll choose somewhere...
Read moreAs far as Chik-fil-A goes, this location was nothing special compared to any others. If anything, due to obscene amount of traffic and lines to get in, food felt rushed and either undercooked (fries) or was made and sitting so long that it was cold waiting to actually get through the lines to pick the order up.
This intersection is already one of the busiest on this side of town with the entrance to and from I-70, traffic being so backed up down Taylor Rd and all the way down 256, and that was just normal traffic. Now we have a CFA to contend with. It took me almost 15min to LEAVE Target because the line had exceeded the CFA parking lot and was running down the street. Essentially had to sit in that line until the other side of the road was clear enough to drive past the line while avoiding cars coming in to CFA lined up and backing up traffic through the intersection and down 256 as well. If you have to visit any of the other retailers around this side behind CFA, I'd highly recommend using the little side entrance near Petsmart and driving through the parking lot and trying to get out at the light down near McDonalds.
What a terrible place to put a...
