Waterbeds 'n' Stuff — Local services in Violet Township

Got a few items that should have been well over 20 dollars, paid 10 and some change! Will come to this waterbeds from now on! Usually I can get items from waterbeds on Amazon, the same product or item for half of the price! But the atmosphere of a waterbeds just will never compare to Amazon!!! Also the friendly and knowledgeable staff working the counters. Very nice and classy if I do say so myself! 5 stars! If I could give them 10 I would absolutely no doubt give them a 10 out of 10, and have already recommended! Keep up the wonderful work, retail isn't for everyone that's for sure! It takes a detail oriented person to put out all the inventory that waterbeds gets in. Organizing inventory, putting different inventory items in the correct location of the store and categorizing things so customers can view them in a certain area of the store! Just had the most frustrating experience in a long time. Went in for something simple, they acted like i was speaking another language, explained further and saw the container full of similar items which i got my item from last time i was there, i pointed at it and said it was one of those, they told me there are lots of different ones in there and continued to look for something more expensive than what i asked for. Tried upselling me a different device for over twice what i came in for xosts. I again say its one of tjose and point at the container and they just repeat that there are multiple kinds in there. Flat out refused to put the container on the counter so i can pick out the item i need or even touch the container. I was completely flabbergasted and frustrated. I left without making a purchase at all....

Used to be a great place that at least backed up the junk they sold (unless it was a sex toy or smoking device). Went in today to exchange a defective phone charging cord. Had to get a 'manager' to come tell me "well, basically we don't do exchanges." I have a receipt in my hand that clearly says RECEIPTS MUST ACCOMPANY EXCHANGES..... NO EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. I bought the cord last week. OK, fine, I can take my business elsewhere. Also, I think this smells of a consumer fraud issue, but not my thing.!!!!EDIT!!! On second thought, now that they have ignored reason and common decency ====If anyone else has been denied an exchange with receipt please post your story here.
