7-Eleven — Local services in Virginia Beach

I think that the employee here at night wearing the beanie is racist against people who aren't black. I have dealt with him before, and couldn't believe he's still employed here. My husband and I (who are Middle Eastern and white) went up to the counter and placed our items there to purchase. He looks at us wordlessly then proceeds to FLICK SOMETHING OFF HIS NOSE then sighs and scans our items.

Be warned if you're white or Middle Eastern and planning to come to VA Beach. This isn't the first racist incident or even the second that we've dealt with here from black people. The first one was a mentally ill homeless man appearing out of nowhere and screaming in our faces while we were standing on the corner eating frozen yogurt stuff about how black people built these hotels for Pakistanis and white tourists. Literally, yelling this stuff...

i am a local living here that stops in every so days on my way to work for random odds and ends. tonight i stopped in late and happened to meet mike. Mike was very timely. more attentive than i would expect of anyone (as a waitress working on the oceanfront as well as a committed employee of a locally respected establishment.) he appeared passionate about his work and openly found value through his employment; he gave me invaluable recommendations and i witnessed him servicing his coworkers, employees, and consistently fulfilling customer needs (late night) no matter the volume. everywhere i go i hope to meet someone as...

You have me the best customer service I have recieved all day. I wish I had pulled money out of the ATM to tip you to remind you that your kindness was very much so appreciated on a very important night.

There are too many cruel people here in the 757 now. I returned in October after being away since 2017 and caught the short end of the stick from a fake friend. I slept in a recycling bin in November to avoid freezing to death.

I was happier in that bin than I am in any of these fancy hotels.
