2025 Update: We decided to try out Vlove again and our visit was again, just okay. The caramel macchiato was yummy, the cafe mocha was okay, but the matcha frappe unfortunately wasn’t good and tasted like coffee. I had to call them just to make sure there was no coffee in it (I’m allergic). They ensured me there was none. This tells me they didn’t clean the blender out properly— so unfortunately just to be safe I didn’t drink it. On a lighter note, the blueberry scone was delightful and the service was very kind and friendly.

2024: I will preface this by saying that we got our drinks delivered to our hotel, which was probably a mistake. VLOVE is an excellent coffee shop with a calming and bright atmosphere and top tier service. That being said, if you’d like to try their vast assortment of drinks, GO IN PERSON! If you order delivery your customization will be limited.

For example, one of us ordered their Matcha and it was only okay. It was lacking sweetener and not even the vanilla foam helped. Another one of us ordered at the cafe and it was fantastic. The cafe uses DoorDash and relies on the services’ AI generated descriptions of their products which do not always translate well or leave out important ingredients/details. One of us got the strawberry latte and the descriptions mixed up “shots” and “pumps” which led to expresso shots being added instead of sweetener.

Overall the food and drinks are wonderful, just go in person.

I looked up menu on Google and the descriptions of the breakfast sandwiches sounded great. It was crowded when we arrived. My wife went up and ordered as I secured an empty table. When the food came, both sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwiches had an avocado spread on the bagel which was not mentioned on the google menu. My daughter wanted the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It had an "orange spread". Turns out it was an aoli spread. It is listed on the physical menu board in the restaurant behind the ordering counter, but it is small print. Had I have seen it on the Google menu, I would have asked my wife to make sure both the avocado and aoli spread was not on the sandwiches. Whether you're in America or Europe, I've NEVER seen these 2 kinds of spreads added to breakfast sandwiches, unless of course being specially requested. $69.00 food order went to the trash, but at least the coffee was good.
