I had a very very important event on short notice, went in, found the full suit I needed and asked that it be held until the following day, they held it for me and I picked it up.
The event I was attending was a very emotional one as I would be a room filled with men and women... and sadly some Gold Star Families who had fought to build the legacy I fought later to preserve, I have never bought a suit of my own, the last one I wore was adorned with ribbons, badges and awards. The process was absolutely seemless, and I had the best experience possible from one of the customer service ladies (I wish I could remember her name, but if the manager asked im sure she would remember me).
I am a veteran and that was aparent to her as she did ask about the event, I explained it was for the 101st Airborne Reunion, to which she thanked me for my service and found all the discounts she could find that applied to me, price tag started around $450 for everything, but by the end I walked out for around $250 with everything.
Stellar service there, I appreciate everything they did for me, I was just a guy doing a job, but that reminded me that there are good people out there, and what was a stressful Reunion for me, was made easier due to the patience and stellar customer service of a complete stranger.
Thank you so much, I will be returning for the rest of my suit collection to this location specifically.

Black Friday my wife and I went out and bought a PS4 bundle through them for our kids for Christmas, come christmas day they open it and we had to set it aside for them as the next day they had to go to their dad's, well they come home and we get it set up for them, that's when the issues start, well I call Kohls I explain to them that it was a gift and it hasn't worked since they got home and got to try it and they tell me well we are sorry but there is only a 30 day return policy on Premium electronics. Absolutely ridiculous how they can turn away a customer like that, so word of advice don't buy premium electronics from them. It doesn't end their though, we bought our son a Hot Wheels electric scooter from Kohls as well and that as well does not work at all. Called Kohls about that and of course it's not in stock so they told us we have to check weekly and it's on us to see when it comes in.
