My group of friends and I walked into the store on a Sunday (9/17, around 3:30pm). At this time there was only one person working on the jewelry. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite unpleasant, not just towards us but also towards others in the shop. This wasn’t a big deal to me personally, but the reason for the 1 star is a result of her lack of transparency. As she was in the middle of finishing our group’s jewelry, her colleague (who was super nice) entered and asked if she had us sign waivers. She claimed that we had, which was untrue because we hadn't signed anything before getting our permanent jewelry done. This is a terrible look for them since they could technically be held liable for any injury resulting from the welding process and this employee clearly didn’t care prevent this and just lied about it to her colleagues in front of us. I chose an anklet with a charm, and just as I was about to pay, she suddenly mentioned she forgot to inform me about an additional $40 charge for the charm, totaling to over $500 for my jewelry which I was not expecting. It would have been more considerate to inform me of this cost beforehand, as I felt pressured to pay for it since she took the time to already weld it without my prior knowledge of an extra charge.    Read moreWe were a party of 6 booked for a 5pm appointment time. We arrive at 5pm to another party of 3 girls being serviced as well as a couple. The former group was not finished until 5:20, 20 minutes into our appointment time. We weren’t shown any chains or charms, and I was started by the second technician at about 5:23. She did my bracelet and told me that she needed to take the 5:30 and the other technician would take me. When she finished with my friend, and I proceed to sit in her chair, she tells me that she can’t take me because it’s after 6pm and they are closed and asked me to reschedule. I refused had told her that our appointment time was an hour and should end at 6:20 since that is an hour from when we started. Customer service was non existent and both pieces were oversized. My anklet has snapped after a week, because it caught on my pants leg because it was too loose. I won’t be patronizing this...
   Read moreMy experience with this company has been a complete disaster and failure. I purchased five wish bracelets under false pretense and shameful representations. I was told these were permanent and had full warranty if something was to happen. I brought these bracelets the day the company first introduced them to the market. They have now fallen off and all they can tell me is “ when they fall off your wish comes true” why would anybody spend $100 plus dollars and making a wish?! The manager is rude and very unprofessional. Customer service was no better with transparency! I just wanted them to make this $500 plus experience much better. I wouldn’t recommend them for a free event. Worst experience ever! I’ve been in this game forever and never have I went through this. Bad company and I will be taken other...
