Mike was fantastic!! I bought a tuxedo for my wedding with Mike's help and the quality and fit is absolutely amazing!
Before Mike, I was assigned to Shane. Shane was extremely rude and wasn't willing to help me at all in finding a suit. First off, as a staff member, I would assume they all know how to tie a bowtie, given it's your job. Or at the very least, politely let me know you can't do it, no issues.
Shane annoyingly chimed in that he doesn't how to tie a bowtie and to do it myself if I know how. When I asked him if I can ask another staff member to help me with it, he replied "Look at everyone around you. Everyone here is a busy, salaried man and no one has time to help you". Even though Shane was assigned to me as the staff member to help.
I've shopped at Suitsupply at a different location before and the customer service there was great, thus, was extremely taken aback by Shane's level of rudeness and pettiness. I was extremely polite and respectful but this gentleman's attitude was completely uncalled for, and he was very difficult to work with.
Keep in mind the staff all get commission if you purchase a suit, so don't buy a suit from them if they're acting like a jerk to you. Shane just dumped all the suit jackets and ties to me, and didn't even offer to hold them or help me put them on, or give me advice on the measurements or style/tailoring etc, let alone his nasty attitude.
Eventually I got fed up and was about to leave the store until I saw Mike and asked for help if he was free. The attitude and treatment Mike gave me was a complete 180 from the other guy!! Mike was extremely outgoing and friendly, and helped me pick the perfect wedding suit, even though he had another customer around the same time, but still helped me in a way where the other customer's time wasn't taken away at all. He provided me with amazing reccs and advice, and gave great service and respect to the customers.
He was the only reason I decided to proceed with buying my suit. I highly recommend everyone booking appointments with Mike! I told him the other guy gave me a hard time, and Mike immediately stepped in to help me and later said everyone deserves great service, especially if you're trying to buy a suit for your wedding.
If Mike accepted tips, I would have tipped him an extra $100 for the kindness he displayed to my friend and I. Can't recommend him enough!! He is your guy for sure....

I entered into the establishment and was in aw by the aesthetics of the store, the lighting as well as how all the employees were dressed addressing customers needs attentively and the like. I "B" lined to the right hand of the store to look for my coveted suit choice, The Mid Blue Stripe Havana Suit. Upon walking by an associate of this SS greeted me while sympathetically dressing another customer's suiting needs and questions. After finishing up with them, he immediately began speaking with me about what my personal needs were, and what brought me to the store. After retorting, giving context as to why I was there, Jared sprang into action, looking for the suit with my specific sizing needs, 40 regular finding it in the back. He showed me to the fitting room, still inquiring if I was sure my blazer size was a 40 reg, to which I assured him. In the fitting room I tried the blazer on with it fitting perfectly as possible from an off the rack suit could be, with the exception of the arms being a touch too short, both he and I noticed and stated almost in tandem that it was such. The pants were quite large, as I am a 31 waist, he pinned them down to my exact measurement requirements, giving input as well as to what his thought process was. All in all Jared is an excellent associate, who is sympathetic to customer needs, working with you to ensure the suit is to your liking, not to his thought process. If you are thinking about going to SS please do visit this showroom and ask for Jared. He will take good...
Read moreFrom before even walking in, this was a bad experience. I had scheduled an appointment online and responded to the email about what I hoped to see/purchase. On the morning of, the person assigned to me had switched (no big deal); however, I get to the store and I'm waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When I finally was approached it was the person assigned to help me, but he obviously either didn't read the email I sent or didn't receive it given the switch in people last minute. Fine- I show a set of suits I saw online and wanted to try. 1) they don't carry all sizes in store so bigger guys don't waste your time you'll have to have it custom made 2) the support person was not helpful... just kept telling me what they don't have, how this is out of stock, and handing me fabric books with no instruction/direction or guidance. 3) I was open to getting a custom made suit, but see #2 and when I did show him things I was interested in, I kept having to prompt and ask questions about the pricing and process. I left and went a few blocks over to Indochino and got 3 suits for less than suitsupply quoted and was in and out within an hour/1.5hrs (including measurements and suit customizations).
I wouldn't have been as upset with suitsupply had they asked for my sizing ahead of coming and let me know they don't have it in store (I'm used to having to order online etc but like seeing it in person to get a since of style/fabric etc- so the fact they didnt have my size isnt really the issue). Also, if the support person had just shown an ounce more of interest in helping, i think it could have been a...
