Pizza Hut emailed me a survey. I'm just gonna late my response here: We do pizza and a movie with our kids every Friday. A reprieve from the chaotic week. Except the last couple of times our dinner has been questionable. Most recently, the order of cheese bread looked nothing like the photo in the app. Almost devoid of cheepaid for a double order and received 7 pieces. When the order was picked up the person that brought the food out told my wife y'all were out of large pan pizzas so we got 2 mediums (3 total). Are all pan pizzas not made with the same dough? Are they premade? Toppings were inconsistent across all pizzas. Two had pepperoni that was barely cooked and looked un-toasted. We stopped buying from Domino's 2 months ago for inconsistent cut, cook and service. Opted for Target over Walmart, so to speak. So here's the real question. Why am I paying a premium at Pizza Hut for the same rushed, carelessly prepared food? Quite disappointing. Slow down, verify orders upon completion and adhere to standards. ( I had called and told them beforehand, they said they needed proof that we received the wrong food ) just received our “ new pizzas “ and the cheese is hardly melted. ( obviously this was my original order, and had been sitting there the entire time. Ate one half of a boneless wing and threw the rest in the trash, absolutely disgusting, chewy and cold. When I called the guy just said “ ok? “ Laughingly I then said “ ok what? “ and he automatically said he was sending me to de-escalation ( no one answered ) when my son got there to pick up our “ correct order “ they were talking poorly about me and my phone call. I guarantee our food was tainted with. Doesn’t matter, we didn’t eat the trash anyways. Also, your employees need to smoke their we*d outside, as the entire store spells like a dispensary. Read moreIt took 20 minutes on my 2nd call trying to get an item of the order forgotten with the delivery. On my first call I was told the manager would call me back. They didn't The 2nd call I was transferred to a call center manager who reordered the item originally forgotten. If it comes then it will have taken about 2 hours to get the complete order. This location really needs better management! The call center concept doesn't work well at all. The store often forgets or confuses the order even when it's electronic not by phone. You don't get a refund but sometimes they will offer a credit after you've already paid for what you don't get. Don't bother with a credit you won't ever be able to redeem it, they never know what you are talking about. Oh, and don't bother with the free cookies they offer directly by e-mail.
