Over time, I continued to add to my collection with pieces from Westime and other authorized dealers in Las Vegas. I was eager to continue building my relationship with the brand, but as the years went on, circumstances seemed to work against me. By the end of 2019, watch prices skyrocketed, demand surged, and availability became increasingly limited. The authorized dealers, unfortunately, were less forthcoming in offering support. I truly believed that my connection with the brand had come to an end, and I felt it was impossible to ever acquire another piece.
Then, in 2024, I had the fortune of bringing one of my timepieces to the AP House for service. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warmth and welcome from Zoe and Christen, who promptly assisted me with the service. But it was when I had the chance to meet Alis that things took a wonderful turn. I shared my journey and frustrations with her, and our conversation was truly a breath of fresh air.
