NOT A STORE TO DEAL WITH!! I paid $70 extra for expedited shipping to Canada ( 1-2 days). My event was 4 weeks in the future. 2 weeks AFTER THE EVENT. 6 weeks after my order...the parcel arrives. Canada Post was NOT on strike until 2 weeks after my order was placed. The store will not refund the $70 I PAID FOR QUICK DELIVERY. Life is unfair, as we know, but to treat a fellow 12 stepper like this does not follow are principles. I WILL NEVER FEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN. I PRAY YOU DON'T. We must treat each other with compassion. Now I have a bunch of stuff I can't use as the event will not occur. This will be posted on all forums.

I love that you are quick to quote your shop's rhetoric on the situation...stating that i agreed to it. That I selected the improper mail choice and then you tell us you don't offer the service I should have selected to Canada...HMMMM! Nice business tone...so professional. I would have questioned what occurred if you had left it at your signature...the last two sentences really show the type of person...

Every small business has growing pains — especially one run largely by a single individual trying to balance online operations, in-store customer service, and inventory in a niche space. But that doesn’t erase the impact this store has had on thousands of lives, including my own. To be able to walk in and buy a meaningful gift for someone’s sobriety birthday — and to feel connected to a larger community of recovery — is something truly rare.
We need more places like this, not fewer. And we need to remember that the people behind them are human, too. I’m grateful this store exists and proud...
Read moreReceived more insulting emails from the company today May 2022 - 9 months after placing an order I did not receive and was not fully refunded on. Stay far away from this business. I ordered a chip for a friend's 14th birthday. Website said delivery within a week. Almost three weeks later I follow-up. I don't hear back and follow-up again five days later. I'm told it will be delivered a week later. Ten days later, I follow-up again. They respond and try and get me to choose another, when I had selected the one I did for a specific reason. I'm told it will be ready in two weeks. Three days later they cancel my order with no discussion. Client service is exceptional poor. If you want your order, do not order from this company. Addition - no, your message below is not accurate. I did not ask for a refund nor was I given a choice. And now, in looking at my credit card statement, you refunded me less than what I paid for it. Unprofessional client service and refund me less money...
