wow is all I have to say. Skin Perfect was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, Kamen put me at ease with his friendly and welcoming presence. The facility is gorgeous and spotless. Jack then came in to walk me through the various options based on my wants, needs and outcome goals. We discussed the different treatments and the entire team was beyond knowledgeable and puts you at ease answering any questions and concerns. Kelly was my technician and injector and was a lovely and calming professional throughout. We landed on Sylfirm Microneedling and Botox and she did everything possible to make it comfortable for me. I’d done less intense microneedling prior and was happy with the results and although it’s only been a few hours since my treatments I’m already beyond happy with what I see my initial results being and how firm and tight my skin feels. Sylfirm immediately activates and boosts collagen and I highly recommend the add on serum which has stem cells in it. Very unscrupulous business. Tries to take advantage of clients, even ones they have known personally for 16+ Years and seen every 3 months for that span of time. Unreal. Avoid this place at all costs. Just money-hungry. Gideon Kwok didn't know how to do threads and hooked one to my eyebrow (facepalm)--you could see the linear ripple from the incorrectly placed thread going from my eyebrow to my hairline for over two years. Such a fail. Youth Haus, on the other hand, which is very close by, is excellent with Botox & especially fillers, even expertly done under eye (which Gideon Kwok of skin perfect doesn't even know how to do at all). Youth Haus is a much better place to go & I highly recommend them.

I have been receiving Quynh’s services for a year and a half already. Previously she was at a different med spa in Orange County but now I have followed her to West Hollywood at Skin Perfect because, yes, she is most definitely worth that drive! She has been administering Botox and fillers for me for a year and a half now. Prior to doing this, I was unhappy with the way my face was beginning to show wrinkles and volume loss but I was also quite hesitant to trust someone with my face. During my very first visit, Quynh listened to all my concerns and reassured me how she can meet my goals, and did she ever!
