Dawn's Wild Berries — Local services in West Jordan

Disappointed in the customer service. Called about an order for my wife on Valentine’s Day. Was told that I would get a text when it was ready, around 230 pm. Hearing nothing, I finally call at 315 pm. Dawn assures me that she can have it ready in 15 minutes if I want to drive over to pick it up. I get there and at the door she tells me she needs another 10 minutes. I sit in my car and about 5 minutes later she calls and tells me that she’s too backed up and it’ll be another 30 minutes. Dawn was so great at catering my order exactly how I wanted it, and went above and beyond to make sure I got them and was satisfied with the desserts! I tried the Strawberry Shortcake and German Chocolate…I was blown away by the flavors!! Would highly recommend the strawberry shortcake flavor, it went so fast!
