These people are so unprofessional I was let go for helping a staff member order a cab and allowed to wait in a space separate from others and the took my last two days then never called me for the conversation just our right never resolved the conflict and left me with no word really saddening was an easy calm job but the staff had a terrible training system no body took responsibility for training staff and asked things of us we were not trained to do and had very sophisticated systems mind you this was a warehouse where giant eighteen wheeler trucks dropped off a lot of merchandise and any number of mistakes were possible with the literal lack of any training at all I was forced to pester and call and ask for training at least 6-9 times not to mention the icing on this very bad cake was the staff desire to communicate there awful intent in front of me speaking in real time there plan as if you don't understand English over the last 33 years Pennsylvania overall I am convinced is...

Tried to returned a vaccum cleaner I bought two weeks ago that stopped working, not blaming them for that. 1st time there was a long line and only one register was open. I didnt have the time to stand around for 30mins so I left. Came back and was told that since I didnt have the receipt they would return it for a 15% fee. So I've learned my lesson, I will never buy anything from this place. I can buy a refurbished item online with a much better return policy and not have to worry about losing receipts. They dont care if you have the CC you paid with, if you dont have that receipt dont even bother.
Also I know a little about their corporate culture. They are vultures, very little pay while they scalp customers top dollar for bargain lots they purchase. I bought a food dehydrator there and got it home to find no factory packaging and it did not turn on or do anything when plugged in, there was also food residue on the trays so I had clearly bought someones used and returned item. I took it back the next evening and let them know that the item was obviously someone else broken return that I had purchased. They apologized, acknowledged it was broken and refunded my card. I figure mistakes happen so I gave Ollie's another shot the next day to pick up a different brand dehydrator and found the same broken and now twice returned item sitting on the shelf still at full price and they didn't even bother to tap the box...
