WORST customer service! Make the drive to the orchard town center Claire’s! You won’t regret it.

I placed an online order to be picked up at this store. After 24 hours of the order not being completed, I called the store and asked if they even received it. The man I spoke to said they received it, but they didn’t have any of the items in stock and I needed to cancel the order online. so I tried to cancel the order online, which you cannot do btw, I had to call Customer Service and they put in a request to cancel the order. Now I have a charge on my card for some things that I never received!! 😡 I decided to drive myself down to the store I found my items in stock! and showed the man that was working there. Freaking lazy liars they have working here! The crazy thing, this is the second time that this has happened to me with an online order here. The Orchards Mall was such a good visit. I took my son and I to get our ears pierced, and it was a seamless experience. Kaly pierced our ears and was very thorough and professional. She was pleasant to have a conversation with and even made the experience fun. I was also lucky to find septum jewelry as I wanted something new. I can't say much else since this is what we came here for. That being said, the store was clean, and they have a lot to look at. I'm sure this place is a young girls dream, haha. I have a few friends with daughters, so I'll probably stop by again soon and get some gift cards for the holiday coming up. I'd recommend visiting this Claire's for piercings, jewelry, stuffed animals, and cute backpacks..

I was trying on a pair of clip on earrings that I didn’t want and we’re already out of position in the package and was told that if I tried them on I was gonna have to pay for that which I didn’t know. There was no sign saying I couldn’t or that there were consequences if I were to try them on. I had to pay for something I didn’t want and was overall very rude about the whole situation.the staff were very mean. I was with my other friend too, which she was also very disrespectful to.
