Vendors and consumers, beware. This shop is NOT pro-small business, instead they steal from small business owners. The owner of this establishment is as sketchy as they come. She makes up rules in her head, about what she will pay on, and what she will not pay on, and you have no say in it. We moved in for the holidays, had very low sales, and when we gave our notice, she said we would lose our security deposit, due to the agreement stating we would stay for 6 months. I didn't know what "agreement" she was speaking of, as we never signed any agreement - but I found out when we moved out, that there is an agreement you have to sign, but we were never given it. Nor were we ever informed of a 6-month requirement. We were told monthly rent, and 10% commission. The sales were so bad, we didn't stick around. In addition, the payment we received is WAY off from what it should have been. I have now asked for a copy of this signed agreement 3 times, still have not received it. I asked for an accounting of the payment she made, still have not received it. Do not sell your products here. You will regret it. When I was moving in, I asked a couple vendors that were there what their sales were like, and they both said terrible. I should have bailed then, but I didn't, and now...

Avoid this place!!! Horrible experience as a vendor. I do not recommend. Very bad communication from the business owner Susan and Mike. The business owner packed up my stuff DID NOT tell me she was packing up my stuff to move someone else in. This lady is money hungry, she will not treat anybody wanting out of their contract with respect or on good terms. She just packs up their stuff without communicating and just throws them out as soon as she finds...

Create Market Place is amazing! Amazing to shop in and Amazing as vendor! My stuff wasn’t selling, bummer for sure. She let me out of my lease as she had someone interested in my space. She prorated me to when the new person moved in. We talked about other items I am interested in making and she was open to having me back! There are so many wonderful makers in the store I personally LOVE shopping...
