Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Westminster

My boyfriend and I came in yesterday and my gosh was it filthy. How does this place pass inspections?😭 I work at a Boba shop in down town and we’re constantly cleaning so the store looks nice for our customers. Anyways, my boyfriend and I were disappointed because the vanilla yogurt didn’t even work and some Machines had watery yogurt. The counters, the floors, the windows were disgusting. You guys should really close one day and deep clean the place. The managers don’t even care and they will not respond to any of these reviews. OH! And the worker was in the bathroom the whole 10 min we were there. We could’ve walked out with the yogurt because she wasn’t paying attention. This place needs new management and new employees. Personally where I work our managers don’t let that slide. I’m honestly surprised a roach didn’t run...

I'm sad to say I wish I could have given this place more stars for rating I almost walked out of there but we needed frozen yogurt in such a bad way. This place was disgusting nothing was wiped down the floors were dirty the outside tables were pretty dirty but the inside look like some kid just went and smeared everything all over the place and the young man that was in charge of taking payments was hiding in the back room most of the time the place look like it had not been wiped down and cleaned or sanitized for over a week it was so bad we sat outside on the curb under a tree you can smell how dirty this place was like I said I was almost going to walk out and not let you guys have my money but we overlooked the unhealthy conditions of the place because the three of us so desperately needed frozen yogurt...

This may be the most disgusting Menchie's or self service yogurt place I've been to ever. No sample cups provided so customers are told to use a cup and/or spoon. That has the result you'd expect; customers drawing yogurt directly onto a spoon, eating/licking the spoon, and then drawing another yogurt onto the same spoon. I'd say unbelievable but when you see the lack of care the owners/managers have in other reviews re: dirty floors and surfaces, restrooms out of stock/service, etc. it totally makes sense. Never coming back here and unless you like your yogurt/toppings licked and handled by other patrons, I'd recommend you come...
