Kroger pharmacy strikes again. Had a horrible experience with Mayse Farida the staff pharmacist and Renee the pharmacy tech. They said that I had a copy of a prescription and wouldn't fill it. Now this was for Motrin prescribed for a muscle pull, at 5:00, coming home from the doctor's appointment (from the practice that had prescribed previous medication on my file at their location - in case anybody thinks I'm trying to score Motrin or move the anti-inframatory on the black market.) Somehow Rite Aid and Walmart didn't have a problem with the script. What is up with this Kroger? Was this the staff being evil because I moved my maintenance medications a year ago. I thought I would give them another shot at a one off because it was convenient but this location knows nothing about convenience. Pharmacist is unhelpful, maybe even incompetent. Rani Saadallah the Pharmacy Manager should be ashamed of the culture that exists there. Please continue reading to see the level of follies from previous attempts...
Brand new Kroger. Nice look but they really didn't do anything special.
The pharmacy is so incompetent that I had to pull all my business from there after using multiple Kroger pharmacies for 6 years. Let me emphasize that this was very inconvenient for me. But month after month they screwed up my maintenance refills. Conversation each time. Couldn't manage to get auto refills to work, couldn't send requests to the right doctor, cancelled things that weren't supposed to be cancelled. It was just an awful experience and after my previous experience with Tim in Linncoln Park and Julie in the older White Lake store were so fantastic and helpful. The new management is very poor. Don't trust your health to this pharmacy.
The Starbucks is weird also. I asked for a dark roast and they gave me some spiced coffee. I drank it unknowingly and said "that's not dark roast." They said "That's what we have. It's dark." I said "no, it's spiced." They said "that's close enough." I said "no that's spiced." And then actually said "what's the...
Read moreDO NOT FALL FOR THEIR MOBILE APP PICKUP SERVICE!!!
This store has an excellent selection, and if you have time to go in and get your items it is worth the time. I have been coming here for years.
Recently the staff has had a terrible attitude and act like you are in their way as you are shopping.
I tried their mobile app pickup three times now and every time has had an absolutely awful experience. First time I was told that four of my items weren’t in stock. One of them I really needed so I just parked and went in after they loaded my car up and all four of those items were practically overstocked on the shelves. The second time they grabbed the wrong items even though I clearly stated no substitutions. So when I got home I realized that three of the items were something I would never eat. The last time they put a hold on my card that didn’t come off for an entire week. They kept claiming that it was my bank but the first two times I did not have this problem at all. If you don’t have time to go inside and shop, just go down the street to the larger 24 hour store. Their system is far...
Read moreI was checking out around 4pm and Sharon was ringing my stuff up and the bagger, who’s name I didn’t catch, “wasn’t doing his job” in Sharon’s words, because he was bagging some items up and leaving them on the counter and I was grabbing them and putting them in my cart instead of him. This was completely fine by me, because it seemed as though It was helping the process go faster, but apparently this was not acceptable to her. She proceeded to yell at him that he wasn’t doing his job and when he tried to talk to her she loudly and very rudely relied “excuse me!?” To him. To which he then quietly replied sorry and stopped talking. I felt so bad for this young man that she embarrassed him and belittled him for something that wasn’t a big deal and could’ve been handled privately. As I was leaving I told him it was fine and I didn’t care that I put a few groceries in my cart. I was upset the whole car ride home and felt so bad that she felt the need to embarrass him. Totally...
