I feel that your evening employees are on a power trip. My partner and I were in the store just looking around we weren't hurting anything or anyone nor were we taking boxes apart. One of the employees from behind the desk yelled from across the store tell him my GF to not open the box. THE EMPLOYEE YELLED!! My partner is light spoken she tried to explain that she did not open the box she was simply putting the item back into the box because someone previous to us had in fact taken it out of the box. The worker became agitated and she showed us her very unprofessional working attitude. She told us we are not allowed to open boxes and if we open any more boxes we will be thrown out. At that point I stepped in and told her that my girlfriend did not open a box it was open and she was being nice and putting the stuff back inside where it belonged. The worker then literally threw her arms up in the air had a fit like a little toddler looked at her work partner behind the desk. I told them that there was no reason whatsoever for an attitude we were simply doing their job for them. She then proceeded to act like she was going to come down and open the box for us to view the item mind you is not even anything we were interested in. I told her I did not need her assistance. The second co-worker then proceeded to kick us out of the building. It was very rude very uncalled for and I will never shop at your establishment again. I am a frequent Shopper there. You need to hire some employees that are old enough to handle the responsibility of working in a novelty shop they clearly were not it. This happened on Friday October 7th the West Kellogg location. She literally raised her hands in the air mumbled under her breath went and hid behind the counter as if something was going to happen and the second employee told us that we needed to get out. To which we had already started heading to the door anyway because I am not going to be treated like that in an establishment especially when I have done...

I'm long term customer of Patricia's spending $100+ / month and $1200 /annum. This wonderful evening we received an $11.00 capsule which contained no pill inside. The mngmnt was neither open to the possibility or receptive to my accounting of the occurrence and I explained to her not knowing her that I was a long term customer and she was to have nothing to do with it she snuffed my words out and pointed to a sign " all sales are final " now what that had to do with not getting product is beyond me no one tried to return anything is was a simple shortage claim and she was offered that we would split it and she refused that. Now I don't understand how they can treat a good customer like dirt And insuate they are liars and not even move an inch off her yelling all sales are final in my face distinctly dismissing that the possibility of error existed she has much to learn about business and customer service. Perhaps some train8ng on interpersonal skills and sales 101 .... I offered to permanently remove my business from her shop where the price is 2x what I could pay online if I didn't support local business . So tonight she traded $5-10 to ruin my night and cost the company over $1200_yr new business going forward....for this young woman I am am grateful to her for saving me from having to pay the outrageous prices and get someone else's error or theft jammed down my throat , " in your face " and I wish her well in her endeavors replacing a $1200 + a year customer that was nothing but nice to her and the rest of the staff there . This wasn't like other shopping experiences as I walked in she said "how is your day going" right from the get go I knew exactly what she wanted I said "My days going well how about yours"? Without breaking eye contact she said "I really cant complain" with a smirk. so I said where are your condoms and I smirked back thinking shes so into me she said "whats your size"? I said "thats kinda personal" she needs to know because they seperate by size she said. so I said Extra large *cough cough. she said follow me to the condom section.
