Razook's Home Furnishings — Local services in Wichita

First of all, it’s enjoyable just shopping in Razook’s. Located an old original building on E Douglas in Wichita, KS, it’s fun just exploring the building, upstairs and on the main floor. Then, even more important, Razooks sells a lot of Flexsteel furniture. My wife and I love Flexsteel so we were just happy with the store’s large selection. Then, as important as the furniture are the sales personnel. We worked mostly with Chad, but Razook’s has a handful of knowledgeable no pressure sales people. We felt at ease each time we visited the store. Having one night of the week being open late was a plus for our schedule. We have spent approx $13K at this store over the past 3 years. At no time were we ever told if we returned something #1 you have to pay a $55 return fee #2 you would ALSO have to pay $55 of the original deliver fee that you didn't have to initially because you bought "X" amount of $$. BTW these terms and conditions are NOWHERE on their website. Also, upon delivery of the item, it was discovered that it was defective & needed repair. As a result, I will NEVER, EVER spend a dime in this store solely because of their horrible Customer Service. See below. I miss Nickie. She would have not treated us the way Chad did.

Great experience from the moment my sister and I walked into the showroom and were greeted by Joyce. I was looking for a cabinet-style Murphy bed for my guest room/office, which they do not carry. Joyce suggested looking at a twin-size sleeper fold-out chair that they had just received. I had not even considered that type of solution! She printed out information on the piece so that I could take it home to ensure it would fit my space. It was perfect. Joel & his associate delivered it yesterday and I love it!
