Do NOT get your piercing done here. The actual piercing wasn’t bad but everything else was terrible. I wanted to get my hidden helix done and the girl had no idea what that was, I had to show her a picture of it before she went “oh, I can do that.” I got a normal helix done instead because I didn’t trust her to do something she’d never done before. Everything about this place was sketchy. They used a “device” which is essentially the gun, they used a butterfly back and the post on the earring was way too short to account for swelling. I talked to her for 30 minutes before agreeing to a piercing, asking about each of those things and she assured me everything would be fine. A week later I had cauliflower ear from the cheap butterfly back and the post being too short for swelling. I went to a REAL piercer where they pried the thing out of my ear and said the person who did it should have their license revoked. Worst pain I’ve ever experienced,...

Online it shows that the store closes at 9pm I get there at 650pm and the girl that was closing had an attitude for some reason and said she was closing early because the mall was closing. When I asked if she could do one piercing she looked at me like I had 5 heads and with a snarl said I'm closed! Being in customer service you need to learn to speak to people in a polite manner unless they start off nasty. I didn't start with an attitude and I'm ashamed for that store, while i was walking away with my wife i told my wife well online it said they closed at 9 and the lady at the counter came out with a smart remark and attitude and i snapped back at her telling her i wasn't talking to you i was talking to my wife so calm your attitude down and she kept on.
