The man who works here is so rude. My family went here this past weekend and we would have returned daily all 3 of us except for the second I was done and my son was not even done yet the man held the sign that says tips are welcome up and yelled at me in an extremely hostile way " you have to tip !!" I would have left a tip for all 3 of us when my son finished and we discussed what amount we chose to leave but yelling and demanding is a game changer. I then told him tips are optional not mandatory and he said no you have to and I said are you saying that I HAVE to give a tip and he said yes u have to and kept shaking the sign very rudely in a hostile fashion which destroys any feeling of relaxation. He must not realize that tips are welcome does NOT translate to tips are mandatory. I will never return and I would suggest everyone else avoid this place. The massage itself was painful and not relaxing and he was mean from the start ..a very verbally abusive man . do yourself a favor and go...

Worst place ever... my husband and I went there. There was a guy and a girl working. I assumed they would but me with a girl and him the guy. NOPE. They made him go with the girl and me with the guy. And the whole time he was grunting, Groening, and coughing in my ears.. all he did was dig his elbow in my back and put his hand on my ass for a very long period of time.. when he did my shoulders it hurt so much and when I said it hurt he dug in further.. then he did my feet and rubbed the top of my foot raw while not touching the bottom of my foot at all. I'm left sore brused and feeling violated.. mean while my husband was made to strip to his boxers and got the best full bully body massage of his life... side note.. Why was my husband made to strip while I was just told to take my jacket off...

AWESOME PLACE! Went in because I had pain in my neck and shoulders and decided to do a full body massage! And let me tell you how wonderful it was, the lady knew exactly what to do, she did pressure points and all type of techniques! I left with pain relieve and feeling great!! The only thing I would say is not sure how busy the mall gets on a regular day, today is NYE and I went super early so there was not a lot of foot traffic to hear people talk or outside music so perhaps some sound walls for busier days; other than that I didn’t hear anything, the space is great and the rooms and comfy and secluded, I was able to relax and even fall asleep in my massage lol loved it!!
