I stopped in today for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed and glad I came in. I walked in in a basic hoodie with shorts on and I am a relatively young guy but regardless of my appearance I was assisted right away and they took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about buying a suit. When I walked in I explained that I was looking for a suit but I simply didn’t know where to start or what I was even after. I was then taken to the custom section of the store where I was shown exactly what went into a suit and what to look for when buying one. I was shown different styles, color combinations, and the nuances of suits that appear the same but actually have different functions. I needed a new suit for work and there aren't too many spots to get a quality suit anywhere near my home, but for a 30 minute drive Bella gives quality in spades. This family run business has you covered head to heel (literally) for menswear. I went in looking to match a particular brown tie for which they helped me to find a gorgeous sort of grey blue suit from Jack Victor. I tried on about 4 jackets before coming to that one. After getting all sized up I did also pick up a few very nice dress shirts as well. My suit was ready in about 3 weeks (your time may vary, i was buying with a holiday in the middle). It was nicely pressed and ready for a final check when i arrived. No additional adjustments and i was out the door in 15 minutes. Scott is a horrible person and a bad businessman! My whole family used to shop at Bell’s the owner knows my grandfather very well! My son ordered a tuxedo and shoes for prom, he wasn’t required to pay anything upfront but I Encouraged him to pay half, in the mean time outta my sons control he couldn’t go to prom, so I called and spoke with Scott Friday asking for a refund and he told me he was too busy to deal with me but he would charge my son for his time, I agreed and Scott said call me back on Monday and we can work it out, I called back Tuesday and he said I’m not giving anything back!
