Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winder

BEWARE! Ordered a 5 meat and batman/calzone combo pizza online at 11:20 am using their Doordash delivery option. Was watching the tracking which showed delivery estimated at 12:05 PM and could see a male driver for doordash picked up my order at 11:50 am. I live 3 min away. 15 min goes by and no pizza, then the tracker online resets and shows a female drivers information and shows my order was just received by the store??? What!?!? It's now 12:10 PM and I call the female driver and a recording says a new driver is trying to be located to fullfill my delivery order.

Then I get a text 12:14 PM my order was modified or canceled and to please call the store. I call little Ceasars and they said a male driver picked up my pizzas over 20 min ago but a female driver also showed up to pick them up right after him and they told her the order was already picked up by the first driver. Little Ceasars looked at my order on their computer and it showed my order was canceled thru doordash. I ask why or who canceled my order and nobody knows anything, I'm out $31.30, and I have no pizzas. Nobody has the contact info for the driver who picked up my order either. He never showed up at my house or called me.

Little Ceasars tells me to call customer service to get a refund. Customer service tells me it will take 7-10 business days to get a refund. Seriously? Then they tell me to reorder the pizzas and a new doordash driver will pick them up and deliver them. Lol Hell no!

I called the store back and ordered the same pizzas and said I'll just pick them up. They tell me it will be ready in 10 min. I get up there 15 min later, swipe my card, and they tell me the pizzas are not ready yet. I wait another 5 min and get my pizzas and leave. Get home and this batman pizza/calzone combo and the 5 meat has so much grease on it, its not even edible. Literally puddles of grease on top, grease in the box coming off the pizza, and when you try to pull slices apart the grease goes everywhere and your fingers are covered in grease. I'm 46 and have eaten a good amount of pizzas in my lifetime, but I've never had a pizza with this much grease. In my opinion the amount of grease looks intentionally done because I complained about my first order not showing up. You can't even eat it.

I call little Ceasars customer service back to see if I can get compensation for my troubles and this horrendous pizza and they tell me they don't do that. I will not be doing business with this or any other Little...

The food is always good here, the staff is always super friendly but I feel like this location just can't accommodate when it gets busy. I ordered online, a stuffed crust, it was said to be ready in 20 minutes. I got to this location and they were busy. It was Saturday night. But after waiting 20 minutes more at the restaurant I asked again where my pizza was and she said they were having trouble or something with stuffed crust and had just put it in the oven. I had to wait 30 more minutes. They offered me a free 2 liter but all they had was Mt Dew, which I don't drink. I went back 3 weeks later, ordered online. Pick up time at 550 to 610. I got there at 545 she said it was in the oven. I waited and waited they were so busy and people just kept coming in and out. 30 went by and I finally made it back up to ask where my pizza was and it was in the warmer! They don't answer the phone. Constant problem at this location. This Saturday night (4/27/24) I called several times and no one answered. When I got there I asked the guy why they don't answer the phone. He said If they are busy they don't answer. I was the only one in the store. They were not busy, they just didn't want to work. It looked and smelled like the kid had been smoking weed. I wanted a fresh pizza, which could have been ready when I got there if they had answered the phone. He had 4 pizzas already made, but I told him I wanted a fresh one. He said it would be 10 minutes. After a 10 minute wait a guy from the back came up with a pizza and called my name. I opened it and it was a prank. It was old, discolored and cold. I asked the kid why he didn't get me a fresh one made like he said he was having done. He said the guy forgot.
