Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winder

I went to this Pizza Hut in Winder after I got off work at 10:00 pm. I placed my order over the phone and specifically told them how I wanted my pizza and I needed very light cheese on my pizza because my husband don’t really like cheese that he likes just enough for the toppings to stay on . I also told them please make the pizza right because if it’s not done right I would have to get it done over. I got to the restaurant and the pizza was not ready and I had to wait 5 extra minutes for the pizza . When the pizza was ready he placed the pizza on the counter and I opened the box and the pizza looked like it had the same amount of cheese they put on a regular pizza. I looked at it and said oh my god.. the guy that called hisself Zack said what’s wrong I told him the pizza was not right that I told the person extra light cheese. He was smiling and said it’s nothing wrong with the pizza I told him my husband does not really like cheese that I need another pizza fixed and I should get the pizza made for having to wait another 15-20 minutes. He said no he is not giving me the pizza that he would make me another but he is only making it one more time and if the pizza is not right he is not making any more for me. I told him that’s fine and I asked him could I look at the pizza to make sure it was right before he placed it in the oven? He said yes and he let me see it. A customer was coming in and the customer asked the guy you are letting people see the pizzas now? And he said she is just being picky… a paying customer that asked for a pizza to be a certain way. I got very angry because why am I picky because I am a woman ?? Then when I told him I wanted my money back he started arguing with me about the pizza and called the police on me and told the police on the phone I was being ignorant….was it because I was a woman or because I was black?? Be careful coming here because they are quick to call the police on you even when they are disrespectful!!! And I called customer service to have corporate call me and no one has called yet. Ordered online. The “ track your order” screen showed that the order would be delivered in five minutes. That continued for about 20 minutes. Then it said it had been delivered, but I had not received my food. Called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes when nobody returned to the line I hung up and called back. This time I was transferred to the complaint line, again put on hold. The line eventually went back to the recording that asked me to choose from a menu of options. Again chose to speak with the complaint line, but it connected me back to the store, which then connected me to the complaint line which again put me on hold, and again was eventually routed back to the menu to choose from the options. I hung up and called the store again. By this time, I was very frustrated, and tried to explain to the young man what was going on and when I finished his reply was “are you crying?” Trying to maintain a sense of humor, I said “no, but if I do, will I my pizza?” The young man replied “maybe let’s try it.” Again ask to be transferred to the complaint line. Finally someone there offered to start again and place another order for me. By this time it was 930 or 10 o’clock at night, I had started this adventure at 7:15 p.m. It would be bad enough if this was an order just because I felt like having pizza, but this particular order because I had had a very busy and frustrating day, and still had much left to do and did not have time to cook, so thought let’s order pizza that’s quick and easy. When I tell you the manager Emma has a cert toxic attitude. She is not warm or apologetic. I called and placed a carry out order on the phone and I asked for ground beef. I was asking about the texture of the ground beef. She was very very rude over the phone. Very sarcastic. I still kept a great attitude about it and I said thank you I'll be there shortly. I was still holding on the line and this lady hung up in my face! I get to the restaurant and I pulled her to the side and I wanted to just have a chat with her and I asked her what's wrong why are you being so rude I didn't do anything to you. I told her I understand that this job can be stressful but there is no reason for her to have a rude attitude. I was told by one of the guys here at the restaurant I spoke with him over the phone He said she's this way all the time and he advised that I call corporate so this is not the first time this lady has act this way. I'm standing in the restaurant She didn't know that that was me and she's having this conversation in the restaurant with one of the staff about what was discussed over the phone. I was disgusted.
