I purchased a 77” B&O tv, soundbar, and two Beolab 28s for my master suite from this store and cannot say enough about the exceptional professionalism and customer service I received. The set-up is a surprise for my “hi-fi nerd” husband for Christmas.

Adam was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; he kept me informed throughout the process, made informative recommendations which improved the overall aesthetic and sound quality, provided digital mock-ups for me to see the tv, sound bar and speakers in my space prior to purchasing, and personally ensured that the installation process was stress free (leaving my home as if he and his crew had never been there) while I was out of town.

Other B&O partners in the Winter Park area provided estimates for this exact home theater system at $10,000-$14,000 more than what I paid to B&O by working with Kristi and Adam directly.

If sound quality is what you're looking for there are no better products on the market for a true audiophile who needs the clarity and crispness that Bang and Olufsen products creat. If service in the southeast is what you're looking for, whether creating a new sound experience for yourself or working to upgrade your favorite vintage system, then THIS IS THE PLACE. I have spent hours with other techs and companies who told us there was no hope for our system. Literally after a few phone calls with Justin, our system is back online and letting us groove through our days. Seriously, our B&O system brings us so much joy and is the highlight of our evenings. What an experience! From start to finish, the team at Bang & Olufsen went above and beyond to provide one of the best listening and purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Justin helped me get my hands on the Beosound Stage and I couldn’t be happier with it. He also made me feel right at home and showed me all the other incredible products on display in the store.
